This is a YouTube video titled "What Type of Assets Can You Have A Loan On?" created on January 4, 2019, featuring Aaron Whybrow from Diagnostics and Finance discussing asset funding for businesses. Aaron explains how leveraging business assets like vehicles, equipment, and solar installations through loans can help businesses grow by enabling them to acquire more assets and increase productivity without tying up all their capital.
Assets, especially business assets. It's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. And this is a fun area to help businesses out with is asset funding. Now, let's say that you're running around on the town needing a car or a ute or a truck to be able to keep your business moving. Let's say a mobile mechanic or an electrician, a tradie, a truck, a company that moves earth. If you don't have that asset, you can't make money. But if you put all your money into the asset to buy it outright, obviously you don't have a loan, it can diminish your ability to pay for staff, pay for other expenses. You might be making a little bit of money, but if you leveraged it, you might make a bit more. So you could buy two instead of one. You can have your admin assistant come in so that more than one people can jump on the train truck and get going for the business. So leveraging on assets you can fund on is a great thing for business because every monthly payment, you've probably tripled or doubled the output of that asset. The other assets you can borrow money on can be medical equipment, obviously cars, trucks, and plant equipment, and also solar. Solar is another thing that's recently come up and we can go down the path of some asset funding on that. It is a slightly different class of asset, and there are some government incentives out there as well. So assets in your business, if you can leverage them, it's a fantastic strategy to think about. If you can afford them outright, fantastic as well. But I would go down the path of if you want to build bigger business, you may need to look to get 1, 2, 3, 4 pieces of equipment to be able to do exactly what you want to do and get the money out that you want. Hey, it's Aaron from Diagnostics and Finance. Asset funding. It's a fun thing, It's a great thing, and it's great to see businesses grow with it. All right, bye for now.
