Creating Trust in The Workplace #shorts

You know, we believe in transparency. Transparency builds trust. And that doesn't mean you you tell every little you know, just give content you it's really about giving context of what the situation is. Unfortunately, you don't control what they take from some of those things, but you try to give confidence to people that you're there with them to help them navigate the tough times. And that we're going to, you know, offer support and that we are here as individuals and as teammates, but we also have external resources that are here to to offer additional support. And so we talk about, you know, giving, you know, showing the kindness in the heart with our people and then and then offering the love and support as whatever their whatever their story is that they might need, because we care deeply about them. Yes. Well, I've found my first domino.
