Hi, this is Adam Markell. Good morning. It's Sunday morning. It's a beautiful day, as you can see. I've got the sun on my face. I'm here at the incredible, really incredible Denver Airport. It is the most magnificent airport. Literally, you can see Denver off in the distance. You can see the Rocky Mountains. And it was just an incredible week. I was here for an event, and it was spectacular. And so I've got just nothing but love in my heart. I wanted to share some thoughts with you all this morning. Wish you a beautiful Sunday. You know, on my way over here, I had the incredible pleasure of being driven by this just amazing, beautiful person, this gentleman that has taken really good care of me while I've been here. Came and picked me up this morning and brought me to the airport and had water for me. And all the. Just the nice little things, right? The. The little things in life make such a big difference. And it really got me thinking about so many things, including what it is that actually creates the results that we get. And one of the things that kept coming up again and again and again is simply the word concentration. How often it has been in my own life, in my own experience, that when I've concentrated on something, I've been able to create some kind of a result around it. I mean, it's not rocket science, right? You think about how often you focus or concentrate on certain things in your life and what the net result of that focus or that concentration has been. And it dawned on me that a lot of times we just spend our precious time, our waking hours, in conversation with ourselves, right in the little secret chamber of our mind. And a lot of that conversation is often negative or there's a twinge, a tinge of resentment or anger about something, some person or some situation, and that how much of the day is occupied with those little thoughts, those little nagging thoughts. And, you know, they don't last for long. Usually it's, you know, a few minutes here, a few minutes there. But if you added up all those few minutes in a single day and you took a look at it, you know, at the end of the day or at the end of the week, probably be shocked at just how little time you actually spend in focused concentration about, you know, for the things that you wanted in your life versus the things that you didn't want. So my. My recommendation, my fervent prayer on this beautiful Sunday morning is that you focus on what you want and you leave all that other crap, you know, where it belongs, in the trash. You know, just like you can move things to the trash file in your computer, just move that stuff to the trash file, move it to the trash bin in your mind and get focused and concentrated on the things that you want in your life, and then watch as the miracles occur. So it's a miraculous day. I'm wishing you a lot of everything that you want in your life. Ciao.
