Hey everybody. Hope you're having a beautiful, beautiful end of your day or beginning of your day wherever we're meeting you. This is tough time, tough time for a lot of people, tough time for all of us. If you've got a heart, I can't imagine you don't have compassion for what's happening in the world and at the same time gratitude for where you are right now. If you're watching this in any way, shape or form, you're probably doing better than a lot of people are. For sure. We wanted to do something for our community. We love and respect all of you so much and feel so blessed to have you in our community as part of the people who are following our work and are fans of the work and everything else. And I want to give back. I know our team really wanted to get back in a big way and we were thinking about how we would do that and we came up with something that I think is really, really on point and something that you're all going to love and that's called the resilience a thon. It's an entire day's virtual training with some of our dearest friends, colleagues, people that are world famous to be, you know, really straight about it. These are people who, their time is incredibly valuable and they have huge hearts and they, and they want to give. And so the likes of Dr. Zia Nix and Dr. Michelle Wolford and Ken Dubner and Ken Honda and Dawson Church and Dr. Rick Hansen and Stephanie Zito and David Thunder, dear friend David, these are folks that are world class experts in various areas of resilience, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. So we will be studying together what it takes, what it looks like to be more resilient. Now where is it that we can find a way to use this time valuably, that there are small changes that we can each make right now. There are lots of things we know we can't do. We're going to focus on what we can do, what we can do in all those different areas of our lives that can make a big difference both in how we're dealing with this change and how we're dealing with everything that is coming up for us as well as what's the creative opportunity going forward, including in regard to our businesses, to money and finance. Ken, for example, Ken Honda is a world famous author, written more than 100 books and lives in Japan. He'll be zooming in from his retreat house in the mountains in Japan where we're going to talk about the Japanese art of making Peace with your money. He wrote a book, his last book is called Happy Money. For example, we're going to be talking with Dr. Rick Hanson who is a world famous brain researcher. He knows exactly what makes the brain work, the way it works. And he works at a Cal Berkeley Dawson Church who also has an incredible book coming out in the next couple of months called Bliss Brain. We're going to talk about those neural pathways in our brain and why we do what we do and how we can utilize this time fully. And he's going to lead us through meditation and share some of his meditation best practices. In fact, every single person who's going to be joining us for the resilience a thon has best practices that they're going to share like Dr. Michelle Wilford who's a naturopath and somebody that we absolutely love and respect and she's got incredible information to share. Tangible, tactical things, little things that we can do right now, lots we can't do, but plenty that we can do. And we're going to focus on those things that we can do in this moment. Ken Dubner is a hypnotist so he's going to talk about anxiety and how do we deal with our anxiety, whether it's low level anxiety or whether it's, you know, something that's a bit more on the, you know, more on the scale let's say. And these are things maybe related to what's going on in the world at the moment. Maybe they're things that have been cooking up inside of us for, you know, quite a long time. David Thunder is an osteopath, is world famous and he's going to talk about how do we use our bodies. Dr. Zia Nix is going to talk about aromatherapy as well as how do we, what are the kind of rituals that we're creating in our lives to take better care of ourselves, to even love ourselves better. I see Henry's on there and Beth is there. Awesome. So beautiful. So that's this Saturday. It's going to start at 9:30 Pacific and go till 6.6ish. Our friend Stephanie Zito is just magnificent yoga instructor but she's got this other worldly wisdom that she's going to share as well, including how do we use our breath. What's the purpose of focusing more on how we breathe and where we can utilize our breath to create more peace in our body, more clarity in our minds. All of that stuff that Stephanie is going to cover throughout the day on our breaks as well as at other times. So that's going to be magnificent. And every one of these people that's supporting this resilience, a thon handpicked, an expert in their field, they charge thousands and thousands of dollars for their own trainings and everything is being donated entirely free. This is a service that we wanted to just offer to our community as a way of saying thank you and a way also of meeting each of you. Each of you know where we all are in this moment where there's lots of uncertainty and there's fear and there's anxiety about money and about business and what's the world going to look like? What's our new normal going to be like? What can we do now? The little things we can do that will create resilience and not only now, but into the future and for the things that are yet to be revealed. So, again, thank you so much for being a part of what we do here and for just leaning into the messages that we share. If there is somebody that, you know, that could really utilize an uplift, and I mean an uplift in so many areas, of just what we deal with on a daily basis in our lives, our relationships, our health, our money and finance, obviously, and our businesses, how it is that we really can cultivate an opportunity even in the midst. How can you birth something beautiful out of something that is so challenging? These are the topics we are going to cover in this all day. Resilience, A thon. And you can register. The link is down below. And not only can you register for free, but please feel free to share this with somebody, you know, that might be feeling pretty anxious and pretty, you know, jammed up. I mean, we're literally in many ways in our own little silos right now. And so the ability to connect. They know we're social distancing, physical distancing, but we want to be socially connected. So that's part of the reason we're doing it. And we'd love it if you'd share it with others as well. So come, stay for an hour, stay for three hours, stay for five hours, whatever you like. Check in, check out. It's all good. It's going to be beautiful. It's this Saturday. Yeah. Henry, Pivot. Exactly, man. It's the, you know, we're in a macro pivot environment right now, and yet it's the little pivots. It's these little micro pivots. In fact, that's the topic. That's what we're going to tackle in our next book, the sequel to Pivot. But it's these little changes that are really the powerful thing that has made such a huge difference in my own life. So again, Saturday, the Resilience A thon will start at 9:30. Please share with a friend, the experts, Dr. Zia Nix, Dr. Michelle Wolford, Ken Dubner, Dawson Church, Ken Honda, Dr. Rick Hanson, Stephanie Zito, David Thunder, and yours truly, all just to serve. And we can't wait to see you all there on Saturday. And I'll just send you a lot of love for the moment. Again, thank you for being a part of this magnificent community and share more love today. That's my advice for the moment. Okay, ciao. See you Saturday. Bye bye you everybody. Hope you're having a beautiful, beautiful.
