Hi, I'm Adam and I'm a resilience guy. I spent my entire career focused on what it takes to be at your best, even in the most challenging conditions, including writing the best selling book on resilience called Pivot. Here's one powerful tip that you and your teams can use today. Think about tenacity, the power of tenaciously going after what you want. And right now, I think a lot of people are sort of playing it bit more quietly, and that's understandable given what's happening in the world. And yet it feels like the time is upon us when we need to get back to business not as usual, but business as it must be done today. And that is not to say to show up without compassion, without empathy or understanding, but it is to say that we've got to get back to the things that have made us strong and created results in the past. And I know for me, that one thing more than anything else is my dogged perseverance, which I learned from my dad and I've been practicing since I was a little kid, just sort of tenaciously going after what I want. And the thing about tenacity and perseverance, of course, is that it has to be tempered with humility, because it's a dangerous combination when perseverance and ego collide. And I've had that experience myself as well. But now is the time to get back to what is working for you. What's the one thing as a trait, as a personality trait, or as a business trait that you do better than anybody else? I know, for me, again, I just. I can endure the suffering longer than a lot of people, I can stay in the game longer than a lot of people, and so I'm around longer. And that's been a success recipe for me. When what's that one thing that you can get back to doing today that's brought you success in the past that maybe you've put on hold at the moment, Maybe you're just waiting to see how things play out in the marketplace, but that you can get back to today. I'm sure you and your teams can think about that, talk about that, collaborate on that, and get back to doing business the way you've been successful doing business in the past, but now in the present. I'm Adam and I'm here to help you create Pivot solutions.
