Hi, I'm Adam and I'm a resilience guy. I spent my entire career focused on what it takes to be at your best, even in the most challenging conditions, including writing the best selling book on resilience called Pivot. Here's one powerful tip that you and your teams can use today. Focus on communication. Oh, I don't mean the old communication. I mean new communication over communication compared to the kind of communication that we're all used to. Meaning, one of the most important things that we can do when we're living in this new abnormal, this sense of uncertainty, is to define the new normal that's better than the old normal. It's an opportunity for you to create a better than before organization, starting with how you communicate. You know, we all know that when people don't know something, they tend to make up stories. So the more you can communicate, the less made up stories there'll be. More is actually more. In this instance, more communication creates less of an opportunity for people to make up their own stories about what's happening right now. So it's one small step, one small change to create an even more resilient workforce. I'm Adam and I hope this helps.
