Hi, I'm Adam and I'm a resilience guy. I've spent my entire career focused on what it takes to deliver your best, even in the most difficult situations, including writing the best seller on resilience called Pivot. Here's a powerful tip that you and your team can use today. Think about how it is that you support your team in times of massive change. The most important thing that I've Learned in my 10 plus years as a CEO and even 18 plus years as an attorney is that we've got to learn how to use these. In fact, it was one of the first lessons I learned as a lawyer was to go to court with my ears. And it's a very difficult skill for a lot of people, and I work on it every day. So my tip for you today is to learn how to listen. Listen more carefully to what your teams are saying. In fact, one of the powerful ways that you can encourage your teams to speak more readily to you is to tell them that you are there to listen. To state that right up front. I'm not here to speak. I'm not here to share anything. I'm just here to listen. To allow them that freedom to speak, that allow. Allowing them that freedom to be heard is a very powerful way that you can let them know by your actions that you've got their back. I hope this helps.
