Hi, I'm Adam and I'm a resilience guy. I've spent my entire career focused on what it takes to be at your best, even in the most challenging conditions, including writing the best selling book on resilience called Pivot. Here's one tip that you and your teams can use today. It actually comes from the movie Jerry Maguire. This wonderful movie where Jerry Maguire, he's a sports agent, he's only got one client. His client is Rod Tillman. And at a certain point, Rod is screaming at Jerry, show me the money, Jerry, show me the money. And Jerry pushes back on him and he says, listen, I'll show you the money. You'll see the money, you'll see the contract when you show up with love. He was so worried about the money, he was so worried about the contract, he was so worried about his appearance that he had lost his love for the game. And it's beautiful. At the end of the movie, Rod not only gets the money and the contract, but he gets so much more because he simply shows up with love, like it says right here on my shirt. So today, what can you do to show up with a little bit of love? Maybe a lot of bit of love? How can you encourage the members of your team to show up with love? Even in the midst of chaos, in the midst of confusion, midst of disruption, in the midst of market conditions that are constantly changing, that are unpredictable, how can you show up with just a little bit more love today? Show up with love and everything will go your way. And I don't mean everything automatically. I don't mean perfection. I'm talking about progress. Progress is what we're after, because progress is something that compounds over time. So show up with love today. Model that so that your teams can do the same and the ripple effect will be miraculous. It's just a small tip, a small change that can produce a more resilient workforce. I hope that helps.
