"Right Thought" comes from Truth within your Heart

A short, informal YouTube monologue by Adam Markel reflecting on how "right thoughts"—thoughts that come from the heart and spirit—produce right feelings, right actions, and therefore desired outcomes. The speaker frames this while sitting in nature (ocean/beach), urging gratitude, faith, and daily ritual, and closes with a positive affirmation: "I love my life."

Hi, this is Adam Markell. How you doing? Come on. How you doing? I hope you're having a beautiful, amazing, blessed Saturday. I hope you can hear the ocean waves that are just behind me. And I'll give you a little, a little look at that in just a second. I wanted to just say good morning again. Another beautiful ritual. You can get out in the early part of the day and just get into nature, just to be in the ocean, to be in this beautiful place that we call Earth Mother Earth and check out the scene, listen to the waves, listen to the birds, just, I don't know, watch the grass grow. What a cool concept. Anyway, get out in nature and enjoy the day. I was just contemplating earlier in the. In this beautiful day what, what the kind of secret was the secret sauce to the successful life, the. The life that we are all wanting. And it dawned on me that we all need to of course have fai. We all need to go ahead and give thanks and know and praise and know that everything's alright, everything is perfect, that we're safe, that all is well. We need to have that faith, we need to have that understanding. But then we also have to take certain actions, certain steps. We think about the process of how things are created in our life and that we all in fact create our own lives. Of course, every thought that we think leads to a feeling, leads to a particular action that we take. And of course then those actions turn into the results, our outcomes in life. But it's really not just about the thoughts, it's not really about the feelings. It's about the right thoughts having right thoughts, having right feelings, taking right actions which create the results that we truly want. And what does right mean? Well, understand when I say that I don't mean a judgment. It's not really a judgment in terms of something is good or bad or right or wrong. Even. What I mean by right thought is thought that comes from the heart. Thought that is connected to your spirit. You know when you're having right thoughts because you can feel them. You can feel them in your cells, you can feel them in your being. And right thoughts lead to right feelings. They lead to the right actions that you take, which of course then change the outcomes to the ones that we versus some of the other kind that show up for us. So in any event, I hope you're having a blessed day. Obviously you can see that this is a beautiful scene. But you know, as beautiful as it is, I could contaminate it very easily by just entertaining the wrong thoughts. And how many times have you found yourself in a beautiful place like this, where you could be at the beach, and you just start to dwell on something or have a negative emotion that comes up, or you start to think about things in your life that you're not 100% satisfied with, and before you know it, you turn a beautiful beach scene into something stinky. So I want to wish you that you have not only a beautiful day that is filled with love, that is filled with the right thoughts that come from your heart, that emanate from your spirit. And with that, I want to say, have a beautiful day. Ciao for now. And I hope you'll always think to yourself, I love my life. No matter where you are, whatever is going on, I love my life. Those are the words. Have a beautiful, beautiful Saturday. Ciao for now.
