I've been really blessed to have studied this topic now for several years. I'm a bit of a researcher, and I'll give you some more of my background later. But resilience from our research shows us that it's our capacity to leverage what it says here, uncertainty and what you see here, adversity, as a catalyst, as something that inspires our growth. Studying companies coming out of the last Great Recession, what we found is that the companies that are thriving to this day are the ones that weren't simply able to bounce back, but really were the ones that could bounce forward actually using that adversity, using the uncertainty. Are we dealing with some uncertainty right now? Yes. And, and is it going away? Is it, is it getting any clearer out there to see in front of us?
