Hi, I'm Adam Markell, and I love my life and I hope you love yours, too. So how you doing? How's the new year going so far? How's your energy? You know, everything is energy. Beautiful. I feel so blessed. I feel so grateful and so energized by the sunshine, even out here in the cold. And it's spectacular. We had this beautiful snowfall last night and woke up to this white, fluffy stuff and, you know, I had to shovel some of it and, you know, spread some salt and do some things around the house. And it just depends on how you look at those things. I mean, I have two choices, right? I can look at it as drudgery, I can look at it as a chore, or I can look at it as something to be grateful for. There's just small things that have worked in my life and I'm so committed to sharing them because I'm committed to empowerment, not commiseration. I want to share with you guys some of the things, some of the, you know, I'll call them secrets or as my grandmother used to say, little gems that have worked. Things that have just made all the difference in my life, in my happiness, in my level of energy, and just in my. In. Just in my. My appreciation for how beautiful life truly is. Now, we've got a teletraining class tonight that I want to invite you to attend. It's going to be fun, I promise. You're going to get something tremendously valuable out of it. We're going to get to know each other. I'm going to share a bunch of things from my life experience and really from my heart. And I hope you'll be there. I hope you'll join me. It's tonight at 8 o' clock and you'll find that just below this video you'll have a link that you can click in and get the telephone number. It's going to be amazing, and I hope you'll join me there and I look forward to seeing you then. Eight o' clock tonight. Be there. I'm Adam Markel. Ciao.
