Meet Kelly Schukencht 📱

We're live. Okay, okay, listen, Kelly. Kelly is brave, bold, brilliant, and she's got the— she's a quadruple B. Beautiful. Look at beautiful woman. Beautiful woman. I have a book, and so this is, um, I take the episodes, I put them in the book. So brave, bold, and brilliant, because Kelly, you really need to be, to, you know, do a live with someone. So, okay, so let me practice your last name and then you do have to introduce yourself because I have no clue who you are. This is Kelly Stucknett.

Shooknett.

I do like Kelly Shooknett. Kelly, what a last name. So before we go into that, tell everyone what you do, who you are.

Yeah, so yeah, I have a very interesting last name that's hard for everyone to say. I am Kelly Schuknecht. I am the founder and CEO of Two Mile High Marketing. I work with business owners who want to develop their thought leadership platform.

Okay. So I want to hear more about your business, but is this your maiden name or your married name?

This is my married name. So my husband comes from a little area in Iowa where all the Germans settled. So he, uh, doesn't speak any German, neither do his parents or his grandparents, but long, long ago the Germans came over and settled in Iowa. So that, that's where the name stems from.

And what was your maiden name, if you don't mind me asking?

Uh, it was equally as hard to, uh, pronounce. So, um, my maiden name was Hosevar, which sounds easy, but it's actually like, it's H-O-C-E-V-A-R. I think it's Slovenian. Yeah, so yeah, I went from one challenging last name to another one.

That's so funny because I always think like, like, what if it was just like Smalls? And then, so I love it. But the great thing about your name is that people have to ask you how to spell it, or you need to say, let me just spell it for you. Do you have a way to like, like, help people to remember like S-C-H like school, or what do you normally do? What's your little tip?

Well, when it comes to pronouncing, I usually tell people it's easier to just say Schuhtneck. That's just like, it's like two words you could put together, shoot neck, even though that's not actually how you say it, but it sounds about the same.

I love that. So everyone, his last name is S-C-H-U-K-N-E-C-H-T. Okay, so tell me, tell me, tell me about you. So like, when did you start your business? What's going on? I want to hear it all.

Yeah, so I have an interesting story. I was in publishing for 10 years. I left the publishing company and I went to work in, I was in an accounting firm. I was the first marketing employee and I built the marketing department out. So I was a marketing director. I built a team of, 6 or 7 people. And during the time that I was there, I, um, I like to say that I did my job too well because we grew the firm from $4 million to $12 million. And, uh, when right, right around that $12 million mark, we were acquired by a $50 million company and they already had a marketing department and I ended up losing my job. So, uh, that was in, in 2024. So last year, And I kind of decided, you know, at that time I was like, okay, I can either look for another job being what I call the person behind the person. So, uh, you know, I worked for, I had a boss, right, in both of my long-term jobs. And then I was the person who got all their, you know, made all their dreams come true, right? Um, and I decided that I, I, it was time. I was ready to do my own thing. to start my business. And so I started it, last year and grew it pretty quickly to, I now have a team of 10 people. Uh, and yeah, and I won't look back again. Like, I, I'm very, I feel like I was, all of my skills and experience led me to exactly where I am supposed to be now.

So, excuse me. So everything happens for a reason.

Yeah, I think so.

That one door closed and then you made that, that important decision. I like the way you said that person behind the person, but that is, and then to grow it in, it's only been a year for 10 people is amazing. Okay. So tell us the name of your business.

So it's Two Mile High Marketing. And the, the, where that comes from is, uh, you know, of Denver as the Mile High City, right? I live in an area called Leadville, Colorado, which is at 10,200 feet or about 2 miles high. And so that was, that was kind of my dream. I had that business name actually for a couple of years where I was like, this is the name of my company. And yet I didn't know I was actually going to start it until that day that I got laid off. And I was like, okay, 2 Mile High Marketing, it's, we're going with it.

I love it. I just want to share the room for a second just to make sure. So bear with me for a second while I repost. Sometimes people miss it. So there we go. Oh, okay. So the 2-mile high, I love it. So you've got where you are and then what exactly do you offer?

Yeah, so I mentioned I had the background in publishing and then I was in marketing and in my person behind the person role, my boss, I helped him with writing books, with getting on stages, with doing a lot of podcast interviews and a lot of thought leadership content. So articles, social media posts. And so when I decided to go out on my own and start this business, I thought about kind of all of the skills and experience that I had and decided to lean into that, what I call thought leadership marketing. So helping business owners who want to do the same thing, they want to have a book in hand, they want to get on stages, they want to go go on podcasts. Um, they want help with their LinkedIn. A lot of times they know they need to be present on LinkedIn, but they're busy and it's just hard to find the time to do that. So I created kind of a service around how we can help them establish that thought leadership platform.

I love that. Okay, I think that's brilliant. And yes, a lot of good people are forgetting their LinkedIn. And it's funny because the hosts really want to see a strong social media presence. Right, right. That's kind of a decision beforehand. Okay, so you have the employees. So what— so give me a success story because I like success stories.

Yeah, um, well, I can share a couple of them with you. So one is, uh, I have, uh, somebody that came to me. He in an accounting firm. He was in the accounting firm. He had worked there for 30 years and He was an accountant. He knew what he did very well, right? He knew, he knew accounting. He also had some law firm clients and he knew that, that industry really well. And he said, I want to be the person who brings virtual CFO services to law firms. So not just the accounting, bookkeeping, behind the scenes kind of stuff, but the advisory level service for law firms. He knew that he had to retire in about 5 years because they have to— in the firm, partners have to retire at 65. So he said, "This is the legacy I want to leave behind in this company where I've worked." So we came up with a plan for him and here's the things that we're going to do to help you become known as the the go-to virtual CFO service provider for accounting or for law firms, excuse me. And so we created that plan for him. We started getting him on podcasts. We started getting him on stages, getting him going to networking events, and we helped him write a book. And about a year and a half after we started working with him, he came, he said he went to an event and he came back from it and he said, Kelly, like I went to this event and people were coming up to me going, you're the guy with the book. Because they were— all the content that we were putting out there, they were starting to recognize him. We were reaching his target audience, and he was becoming known in that space. So it was perfect. It was a perfect success story for exactly what he was trying to do.

So what are the challenges when someone's coming to you? What are you finding are a common thread with that kind of challenges of getting on podcasts or or their LinkedIn, any of that. I'd love to know.

I think the, at the beginning stages, it's the, the, the biggest challenge is, uh, knowing what to, knowing what your message is, right? So a lot of my clients, they know when they come to me what they can go out and speak about. They know what their, their clients are, uh, needing and what information they can provide. Um, but sometimes it's so vague, they'll come to us and say, that they could speak about anything. And we want to help them really refine that message so that it's not just they can speak to anyone about anything, but it's very clear who they're trying to reach and how they can best help them.

Yeah, that is the hardest thing. I was in Clubhouse and I was doing a room, and I don't know if you know Ramon Ray. And Ramon's like, Adrienne, tell us exactly what you do. And then I proceeded to throw up on him just like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And so we met afterwards and he helped me. So I think that is so important to really— let's say you got to teach people to say, no, you can't talk about everything. What is their expertise? What do you also look at? Like, what's trending? What people want to hear? What's important for like, whatever it is that that time of the year? Is that part of it to look at that?

Yeah. Yeah. And also just, you know, it's like if you're Uh, let's say, so my, one of my companies is a website development company. They create websites, right? Uh, so they can go out and talk to anyone about their website, but they came up with a very specific framework around, uh, you know, how, how, um, how they can best help companies with their website and, and the things that, that companies need to be looking about, uh, looking looking at and being concerned about when it comes to their website so that it doesn't, you know, the website doesn't break, that they don't have, um, you know, certain issues. And so it became this very specific thing that they would go out and speak about. And so they became, you know, they want to be known as the people who can, who can work directly with certain companies around that. Uh, same with, with what I do. It's like I can help anyone with anything related to marketing, right? But I got very specific about working with business business owners who want to develop a thought leadership platform. Right. So that doesn't speak to every business owner out there, but it's very specific to the ones that do want to, to develop that platform and who could best utilize our service.

I love this. Okay, so, so I'm trying to put this all together in my head, and I understand that. And it's, it's interesting when you say, well, I, I know everything about marketing, but then I always say I grew up with the promotional products, logo merchandise. Which is very, very big, right? Almost a $22 billion, I think, industry. And I would assume that you probably are not that familiar with the promotional products marketing, or are you? Nope. It's so interesting how that, that piece is always kind of like missed, though you could actually easily add that in to, to your resources because you're already kind of doing everything else. And then there you may find that that they need something that they could send out or something that they can hand out at events, even bookmarks and retractable banners and things that they need to help promote themselves. So I could definitely see that as something that you could also offer. Okay, so now are you doing all the intake in the onboarding of your clients, or do you have team members that do that?

Yeah, I have team members that do that. So I was doing that originally, and then brought on team members who then kind of shadowed me on those onboarding calls. And then now they handle most of that.

I love it. Let me just say welcome, Danielle. Thank you for coming in the room. And if you want to come up and ask a question, please raise your hand. It's always fun to see it. We got a heart. I love ChatterSocial. It's kind of the community. So tell me about your community. You're working with individual people. Have you put them together as a group? Have your clients met each other? Is that something that you thought of doing or not interested? I'm just, I'm just so curious.

Yeah. Uh, you know, I haven't done anything where I've gotten my clients together yet, but I have thought about doing, uh, like a thought leadership circle kind of thing, right? Like where I bring them together, maybe a roundtable kind of environment, uh, where they can, um, learn from each other. Uh, and what, what's held me back from doing that so far is that, uh, their topics don't always necessarily relate to each other, right? So they're, they're all similar, uh, industries. A lot of my clients are marketing agencies that, uh, but they do different things. And so, um, I haven't done that yet, but it is something I've been thinking about.

I'm happy to help you. Actually, I did this event right here because I, I wanted to do something unique called the SWOT in Order. And so I did this event. So, so Kelly, can you see the book, Kelly?

No, I don't see you at all.

Oh, oh, let me see. Hold on. Let me, let me go back and show you my funny face. Okay, hold on. Okay. Oh, let me go back in here. Oh, I highlighted you because you're so pretty. Okay, so this is about the SWOT in order, and I did it so each part is like strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats. So I put it under that umbrella. And 21 speakers, a 2-day event, October 14th and 15th, livestream. Live on Chatter Social. We turned it into— they got their manuscript 24 hours after the event by Pod to Book. But the reason I'm telling you this is that I think that you absolutely could do it. And most of the— many of the speakers on here were speakers— were my podcast guests too. So do you have a podcast?

I do. Yeah, I have a podcast.

Oh, tell me about it.

Yeah, it's Beyond the Bestseller. So I feature female authors of nonfiction books, typically, like, personal development, kind of professional in nature. Yeah. And Thursdays are my recording day. So this is, this is good timing because Thursdays are the day I come to my office in town and do all my recordings.

That is great. Wait, so are you using PodMatch to find your guests?

I am.

I had Alex on my show and I had him show me the sites because I had some questions. He's like, this is the first time that I've ever First of all, he never was live before, but also the first time that he got a chance to do that. And that is something I love to do, by the way. So let's look at your website. So if you're listening, you're— you need to go on YouTube so you can watch this. But if you are, I'll talk you through it so we can see. So your website is called Two Mile High?

Yeah, twomilehighmarketing.com. I love it.

I love doing this. Okay, so now we're going to go back to StreamYard. I'm going to present. You're going to see right here. I'm going to share the screen. And yeah, let's see how— okay, how strong is your thought leadership platform? Okay, answer the question. What is thought leadership, Kelly? What does that really mean?

Yeah, well, I think of it as, you know, Those of us who have been doing our thing for a while, whether it's, you know, you're an employee or an owner of a company, you have a lot of knowledge, a lot of experience to share. And being a thought leader is, is helping people by teaching them what you have to teach. And, and it's also kind of being, being ahead, being the maybe like the the innovator in your industry. You are, um, you are kind of maybe progressive in your industry. You have a lot, you're inventive, you have ideas to share, right? Um, one of the things for me, a few years ago I went to the Digital Summit. Uh, they have conferences all over the country and I went to one in Seattle and I remember sitting there and watching people give these presentations on different marketing topics. And I sat there going, oh, I could have taught that. Oh, I could have, I could have done this presentation, right? And I realized at that stage in my career, I had been there, I'd been, you know, working for 15, 20 years at that point. And I realized how much knowledge I had collected over my 15 to 20 year career. And now I took that and I, I knew that was kind of a calling I was having to like go out and, and teach people things, right? So then I took that and I started applying to speak. And now I go out and, and talk about how to build your personal brand and how to, um, you know, like how to— I actually just did a presentation yesterday on, uh, how to develop your marketing plan for 2026. And so taking the, this, my knowledge and experience and not just taking it for granted and thinking everyone knows what I know, but going out and teaching people.

I love it. All right, see, you have a quiz here. Can you see the— you, can you see where I am on your website?

Yeah.

Okay, how strong is your thought leadership? Oh, is it a long quiz?

Uh, it should take 3 minutes, and if you did click on it and it's open, it might be a different window that you have to share.

Okay, so I have section 1, your message and expertise. Is your message crystal clear and are you known for it? Oh, this section. Oh, I'm excited. I'm gonna do this. I'm sorry, we're gonna do this together, guys. Do you— so, but I'm gonna answer because I don't know you guys answers. Okay, do you have a clear, well-defined niche or expertise that you consistently talk about? I think so. Okay, do you have a signature framework, methodology, or unique approach that sets you apart? Oh, I'm gonna say kind of. Signature framework, I don't know. Are you regularly creating content, blogs, LinkedIn posts, podcast appearance, videos that position you as a thought leader? I hope I am. I'm gonna say absolutely, but I hope so. Your visibility and reach, are you— are the right people seeing and engaging with your expertise? Probably not. Um, have you been invited to speak on podcast panels or events? Yes, but that I put myself out there, right? I mean, it's not like it's rare just to be just like, oh, today, tomorrow I want to have people call me, right? You have to like put yourself out there. So I love that you're helping them to get out there. So yeah, I have all of this. So I'm not— I should be answering like fakely, but do you— but I have a feeling even for someone like myself that there's a lot that you can offer. Do you consistently engage with your audience? Social media? I don't really. I have a small email list. I really don't try to grow it. Community groups to build authority? I'm going to say yes. I do have to say yes. Your credibility. Oh, I love this. And then Section 3, and there's 3 sections, I think you said. And so the Section 3 is your credibility and influence. Do others see you as a trusted authority in your space? And this looks at your social proof, media presence, and the assets that validate your authority in the eyes of your audience. Have you published a book, white paper, or other in-depth resources that establish your expertise? Yes, I have a book called Professional Global Etiquette by the name of my company, Redefine. So I have. Have you been featured in media outlets, quoted in articles, Or contribute? Yes. And do you help people to get featured in media outlets?

Do we? Yes.

Oh, amazing. Okay. Do you have testimonial case studies or audience feedback? Absolutely. And okay, sorry, one more. Your next level opportunities is Section 4. Do you have a clear path to scale your platform and influence? I love these quizzes, you guys. Do you have a clear strategy to land more speaking engagement, media features, or collaboration? No, but I have an idea. One last step, get your personalized results, and I'm hitting continue right now, and I'm gonna set my email, and my email is my name. I think everyone should try to get their name if they can, and my company is Professional Global Etiquette. Okay, we're gonna say okay. And then what's gonna happen? I feel like I just, I like, I should have like chocolate chip cookies made for me right now. Oh, I'm not, am I sharing this tab? Wait, am I? Oh, let me, yep, I'm sharing the right tab. Yep. Okay. And I submitted it.

There we go.

Submit it.

There you go.

Oh, oh, 30, 37 out of what?

It should show you on the right side, that graphic there. I don't know if you can scroll in because I can't see it. See it, but, um, oh yeah, it's sorry, it's, it's, it's a little smaller.

I can't, but interesting. Okay, so you're saying there's, there is room, and I, I totally agree, there is room, always room for optimization. All right, that was, that was fun. And then hopefully I'll get some emails from you, right, that will have more information. Yep.

Okay, now with that score as well, so it tells you where you, where you stand as a thought leader on that, on that scale, and it will give you some just ideas for what to work on to improve your thought leadership platform.

This is a nice— like, I love the website. I love the blue and the green, and I love the, the colors. Explore what's possible. And I'll also let you know if you have any links that aren't working. Yeah.

Okay.

Is that supposed to— is that— no, that's not a link, right? Though it looks like it, but it's really not. Okay. Who we help: business owners, consultants and experts, and agencies and firms. Beautiful. Speaker Yeah, this is really important. That's nice. I've never really had an elevation. So, all right, you guys, so if you're looking to get secured on podcast opportunities, on stages, Kelly is yours. Ghostwriting. Oh, I wish, Kelly, that my dad was alive. He always wanted a book. And outsourced marketing. Let's just take a look at this. Kelly's like all-in-one, but you could tell right away, Kelly, there's nothing worse than someone who is like talking about marketing and their website doesn't look good at all. Yeah. So I don't look at my website. I don't even think mine is that great. I love this. I love that you're doing this for them.

When I was giving a talk yesterday, I was talking about though, the done is better than perfect, right? So when I first started my business, that's the consultation scheduling form. When I first started my business, I didn't have a very good logo or website. And I do tell people though, Don't let that stop you from getting out there and starting to spread the word about your business. If I had waited till I had everything perfect, it would've been months before I would've been able to be growing my business. But instead I was like, just don't look at my website. Do as I say, not as I do. But now it's all— I think we had the website launch maybe in July. So it was you know, 9 months after I started the business. And, um, it's still not perfect, but it's, you know, it's, it's there. So yeah.

Well, I always grew up with the idea that the cobbler's daughter never had shoes.

Yeah. I actually have that image in the slides of the presentation I gave yesterday because it's so true, especially for marketing companies. We put our clients first, right? And, and that's just, it is what it is. We have to do that. So that's okay.

But I wonder moving forward if the Cobbler Daughter has to have shoes, because it feels like the marketplace right now is so crowded. I love everything that you're doing, guys. Go on the website, check it out. It's great. I feel like, I feel like, Kelly, that everything is so congested. There's so much taking place right now that It's not the same. So you really have to stand out, right? Like, you can't get away with an Instagram business page anymore. Maybe you can. I mean, I'm not saying if you're selling makeup or things that, you know, like, that would make sense for TikTok or Instagram, but for thought leaders, no. What, what else do you think that people need? Website? What else? Like, what are some tips you could give?

Yeah, we help our clients put together a speaker one sheet. So if you're wanting to go out and speak, even if you wanna get on podcasts, occasionally podcast hosts will ask for a one sheet. So we, we always have that ready for our clients. We also put together presentation briefs. So again, if you are wanting to go out and speak, you should have a, a few kind of go-to topics that you can, that you can pull from, you know, for whatever the event is looking for. Of course, I recommend having a book. So if you are getting on stages, it's really important important to have a book in hand. It helps with credibility. You're not necessarily publishing the book to make money on the book sales, although that's, you know, that's possible as well. But it really helps people see you as the expert, and that's what you want.

Are you getting your clients paid gigs or unpaid gigs or gigs where you could sell in the back of the, the room?

Most of our clients are looking for their B2B, so they, they are looking for clients. And so when they go out and speak, they're typically getting clients from speaking at those events. So they're not, they're not being paid to speak. Usually the benefit to them is they get a client and then now that's, that's made it worth it for them. Uh, we do have a couple of clients who are looking specifically for paid speaking events. And the one thing I'll say about that is it, it takes time to build up. So we, uh, we encourage people, even if you're looking for paid events to Start with any event you can get. Like if you, if you want to get out, get, build up a paid speaking platform, speak at anything you can get to, you know, that, that is the minimal investment for you so that you start building up your speaker resume. You start having experience that you can show. You have, a lot of places will, will look for a paid, they want a paid, or excuse me, they want a video of you speaking. So paid events aren't going to just hire you without any experience or without any proof of your experience, right? So, so yeah, so it's, it's, it does take several months to build up a paid speaking platform. But we do have some of the clients, clients like that as well.

That is great. And it's so funny because I just, I just don't like how I look in videos. But how do you make sure that nowadays people can create a an AI video that looks like I'm on the stage and it looks like there's hundreds of people in the room.

Oh gosh, I haven't had anyone do that yet. I don't know.

I don't know either. I was like, like just wondering that now. And what— how has AI played a role in your business?

Yeah, I think that— well, for one, on the back end, AI helps us be efficient because we can, we can— I mean, PodMatch, for example, is all built on AI, right? So it's It helps us find podcasts to put our clients on. It helps us refine the messaging. It helps us find speaking events. I mean, so we utilize it for research and things like that. On the other side of it, on the kind of the front end of the business, AI is really impacting a lot of companies right now. And a lot of business owners know that AI can't replace them if they go out. And so AI can replace some positions, right? And some things, but nothing replaces you getting on a stage and people connecting with you or you getting, you know, in front of, uh, an audience on podcasts. Um, it's you speaking your mind about things, teaching things. AI can't do that. And if your business relies on, you know, relationships and connecting with people, then it's really important to get out there. And I think that's also been a big part of our success over this last year is that people know that they need to get out there and speak, and that's how they're going to grow their business. So they want what we're offering. They want to work with us because we can help them with that.

Yeah, I think it's great. You're kind of like a one-shop piece. So it's not like, okay, just learning how to speak or getting on stages. You're doing all the branding, all the marketing for them. I love that you're like packaged up. And have you had— I'm just kind of curious about the challenge. Have you had someone that like just doesn't have the topic that people are interested in or didn't have the— I mean, because there are some speakers out there where I'm yawning, people. It's like, like you're like, okay, I have to pinch myself to get— and I try to— I'm the one that like tries to like be the first in line or, you know, in person, I'm in the front seat. Front seat, but trying to get all that information and keep myself up. What do you do? Or do you just work with them to make sure that they have some perk in their step and stay motivated?

I have been fortunate that all of our clients are good professional speakers and know how to perform on a stage. So I haven't had that issue specifically. But the one issue we've had is we had one client— we have one client. Who his topic is AI. So, you know, we, we were just talking about AI and he builds custom AI solutions for large businesses. And after several months of pitching him to events, we, we really were stuck because we realized that a lot of the conferences that are specifically talking about AI are pay-to-play. They want, they want the speakers to pay to speak to their audience. And that's how they're funding their events. And so it just, it wasn't a good fit. Like the topic wasn't working. And so we changed his strategy as far as what we were doing for him rather than trying to get him on stages where they might charge $25,000 to get on their stage. That was not going to be worth it to him. And so we took a different approach.

I think that makes a lot of sense. I also think of Barbra Streisand. I mean, like, she stopped singing because of her anxiety. So sometimes someone may know everything but not realize that anxiety can actually hit them. Have you had any issues with someone just is like, oh, actually, I'm too nervous?

No, I haven't had that either. Again, because I've just been lucky to have pretty good speakers that have signed up with us. They had had speaking experience before, so when they come to us, it's like they know they need do more of it. Um, they, they've done it before. Um, the one thing we, we have helped though with is if, you know, maybe they're a little rusty, they've gone out and spoken, they've, they've spoken at events before, they know it works for their business, uh, but it's been a while. And so they'll send, they'll record themselves giving their presentation and send it to me to give them feedback before they actually go on stage. And then that way we can kind of refine it if there's anything that does feel like it's a little boring or, you know, whatever, we can make some adjustments.

How nice to have a whole team around you. I love what you're doing. I think it's fantastic. So, and Danielle's in the audience. Danielle, if you had a question, lovely. If not, thank you just for being here and supporting. I really appreciate it. And is there anything that I should be asking you that I didn't ask you?

Oh gosh, um, no, I, I mean, I can't think of anything else, but, uh, you know, if anyone listening or watching is interested in you know, in developing their thought leadership platform or their personal brand, that quiz that you shared on the website is a really great resource. It's free. It's, it's, it really is helpful in, helping you think about what you might be able to work on.

Yeah, I love it. I love it. I enjoy doing it. So thank you for, thank you for playing with me as I played on your site. I really had a good time. So Kelly, thank you so much for spending your time with me. Kelly Shook. Neck.

You got it.

I love it. Yeah, I, you know what, I will have to reach out to you because I do, uh, I, I'm the co-host with Joseph of a Debate the News True Crime, and I definitely, you know, I love our podcast and we're, we get a lot of downloads and a lot of views, and, and Joseph has created like a beautiful whole, the whole thing is just beautiful. But I, I definitely see in another year our like being able to go and speak at CrimeCon and these different events that are around the crime scenes because we're— our podcast is quite different. We're live on Chatter, so how we do it is different. Um, so I'll have to reach out to you to see what it's like. So is there like one plan or do you kind of personalize the plans for what someone needs? What does that look like?

Yeah, we have, uh, kind of a go-to package, but it's customizable. So we found that, you know, some people want the whole thing and some people want just parts of what we do. And so yeah, we customize it based on the individual needs.

I love that. Kelly, thank you so much for being here. I really enjoyed— you're so wonderful. And my daughter will produce this for us, so we'll get this out pretty quickly. And thank you so much. I'm going to be following you now. I'm going to follow you on every channel. So where can people find you?

Yeah, so, uh, Kelly Schuknecht. You'll probably have to look at the spelling in the, the title or wherever, uh, Adrian has it. But, um, yeah, so, uh, LinkedIn is probably the best place to connect with me. I talk a lot about personal branding and thought leadership on LinkedIn, uh, and then the quiz is available at twomilehighmarketing.com.

Awesome. Are you on any other platform? Instagram, Facebook?

Oh yeah, I'm on all the platforms. TikTok.

For fun, for work, for like business, or for, for just, uh, for—

I would say both. I, I, uh, I talk a lot about, uh, marketing, uh, things on— so I'll talk about, uh, books and I'll talk about personal branding, uh, but I also will just do some fun, you know, fun videos just because I enjoy it.

I love that. Yeah, when I think about it, I feel like I'm all across the board. Welcome, Michael. Thank you for being here. If you wanted to come up, we're going to end now though, but appreciate your being in the room. Thank you so much, Kelly. Thank you. I enjoyed talking to you. I'm so glad. So I will, um, I will get back to you on the day that this is going to be produced. And thank you for being the guest here, and I love it. And I will listen to your name of your podcast again, please.
