Meet Noah May

Who's this handsome young man next to me? Who is he with a, with a mug and all the cool things? Hi everyone, this is— I'm Adrienne Barker, first of all, and this is Adrienne Barker, No Prep Needed. And what does the No Prep Needed mean? Because no, I'm not talking about a colonoscopy, right, where you don't have to do any prep and you put it in a box. No, we're talking about my podcast, Adrienne Barker Speaks No Prep. I don't know anything about Noah, Noah could share when we were on PodMatch. We're both community members of PodMatch. And when I get the information, I can't pass or match. I actually have to accept it because I don't know who you are. If I knew who you are, Noah, right? And then I made that match or pass, that would totally be off my, like, who I am. So of course, yes to everyone. Let's do it. Dash my phone number, right, Noah? Is that the message you got from me? Yes, it is, if you go back. All right, everyone, so I don't know who Noah is. I'm excited. He's young. Well, not— maybe not too young, but yeah, to me, Noah, you're a little young. And I'm excited because the wisdom of our younger generation really is impressive. So who is Noah May? You have to introduce yourself.

So my name is Noah May. I'm from the great state of Alabama. I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelor's in journalism, and since graduation I have been a podcaster for about a year now. I host Lethal Venom, uh, the podcast where I kind of talk about random things that have the— with the honest-to-God truth. But through this whole journey, I've also been dealing with a lot of mental health struggles. I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety very severely, and it's been kind of a, a thing that's really kept me that's kind of kept me on my toes during my whole journey in life. But, uh, that's just kind of a little brief intro of who I am. But, uh, yeah, mental health's been really important to me, and that's just kind of a little bit, a little about me.

No, I'm glad that mental health is a conversation that is being had. Uh, we talk about it a lot on Chatter Social. We are live on Chatter Social, the Chatter Social app, where I deliver the news at 9 PM nightly on Debate the News and where weekly I record Debate the News: True Crime with Josie Lobosco. We have such a great fun. So I love podcasts, but I absolutely, a lot of the conversations right now, and I'm glad it's out in the open, but let's go to the fact of, you use the word clinical, and a lot of people can say I'm suffering from depression, anxiety, but that clinical word I don't hear a lot. Can you like share with us what that really means when you say the word clinical depression?

Yes, so my version of clinical depression is kind of a— it comes and goes. It— there's never really a direct point where— it's very hard to detect. So I can, uh, for an example, I could have a depression spell for 2 weeks and then would be depression-free for 5 years, and then it could come back for a month. I could be depression-free for 2 days and it comes back for 3 years. So it's just kind of just roller coaster of— it's hard to determine when it's going to happen. Um, there are certain points where I can kind of— certain times of the year it is harder for me to— it's harder for me. But, uh, when I first got diagnosed, it was very much a kind of— it just kind of happens when it happens. There was really no, um, way of planning for it. It could just come very spur of the moment, and it was just kind of a— it, it was just really hard to, to detect. So when I say clinical depression, it just really comes and goes in waves.

Oh, I, I really appreciate that. How is your family? Do you have family close to you?

I do. I'm very close to my mom and my grandparents. Uh, we— they were huge support systems during this whole journey. My grandmother really wasn't— she didn't really know a lot about my mental health at the time. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's when I first got diagnosed with it. So her memory at the time was— I don't think she really fully knew about it. But my mom and grandfather were kind of— they are very much aware of my struggles with mental health, and they've been really good support systems during the whole thing.

I can understand that. Are you able to give us an idea of your age?

Yes, I am.

You don't want—

I'm 24, and, um, when I first got diagnosed with it, I was 14. So I was very young when I got diagnosed with depression. I started having signs when I was 13, but I wasn't really fully diagnosed till I was 14.

Did this affect your school grades? And your, like, your, your work in school? How, like, how was your, your time in school, the school system?

At this point, my school— the school system was really difficult for me. Uh, I had really— I got diagnosed with everything, and all this kind of happened when I was in 8th grade, so it was just right before I was going off to high school. And there was a whole bunch of things that were happening for me 8th grade year. The depression was one of them. My grandmother's diagnosis with Alzheimer's and dementia was one thing. But then school life was just kind of really, really hard for me. I went through— I had a really bad class. They treated me like absolute trash, and they, they, they just were not good classmates and fellow peers for me. I, during that time, was hanging out with a really bad crowd of people that were more of the troublemakers, that were kind of more the— what you would typically see as the goof-offs of the grade that didn't really care about school, that just really cared about rebellious things at the time. And they didn't really— at the time when I first got diagnosed with it, I wasn't really fond of what mental health was. We had really not learned about mental health at that point, so this was all fairly new to me. I had really no idea what depression was, what anxiety was, so I was very much caught off guard when I I first got diagnosed with it. Um, there was— looking back now, there are a lot of people that I was close with that I could see had mental health issues going on, but I, I didn't know the full extent or what kind of the exact names of it were. Look, I can tell that a lot of them had depression too and had like suicidal thoughts at the time, um, something that I had as well, and It was just really a difficult time when you just didn't have a good support system. It was really hard to try to open up and be honest with them because they just were not supportive at all of what I was going through. And really just kind of— they were just not good peers to me at all.

And, and if we could talk to the audience listening, um, and this will be turned into a podcast, Listen to Noah because you can make a difference. You could be the kid that invites Noah to his table and has a conversation. And the crazy thing, Noah, is my daughter went through this too, um, is that a lot of kids may also be going through it, but they almost want to like take their aggression or their being angry out at someone else. So bullying is, uh, is really a horrible thing. Let me just invite Gillian up to the stage. Gillian is an amazing woman and she always pops in the room when the conversations are something that she can actually, like, she'll contribute to. Gillian, I want you to meet Noah May. We just started talking and Noah has shared about his fact of depression and mental health, and so I would love for you to unmute anytime you can to, to ask questions. So Noah, you shared the school, we were talking about the school and how your classmates really made it more difficult. I don't understand why there's like the empathy lack so much with kids. I wish that they understood. Maybe we have to go back and teach better in kindergarten. Remember all the things we learned in kindergarten? If we can treat others not like you treat yourself, because you may not treat yourself very well, treat others like they want to be treated. Noah didn't want to be treated like that. Someone should have picked up, you know, I always think, Noah, if there's like one brave person in the group that's smart enough to say, hey, you know what, you guys, let's stop. This is not fun for Noah. So Noah, you go through all of this, you're only 24 years old, you're very handsome, and you decide to— like, I don't know, do you listening to podcasts when you were 14? Like, where did your love for podcasts go? Because I know you— nobody's a podcast host unless they love podcasts. So share with us like your history of podcasts.

Yeah, for me, the podcast was way later in life. This was kind of after I had graduated from high school and was kind of halfway through college. Uh, I think it was about 2021, of course, right during the height of the pandemic, and everyone was still kind of at home and was on lockdown. I kind of woke up one day and wanted to start a podcast. Uh, I started listening to podcasts around 2019, 2020. Um, so I was, I was in high school about junior or senior year, uh, there was some podcasts that I had listened to and was kind of starting to hear what podcasts were. And about 2021, decided to do— wanted to do a podcast, but I had no knowledge about what— how podcasts worked, like what was kind of the show idea that I wanted to do, how— what editing software to use. I mean, I was— I didn't know anything at the time, so I did some research online and try to Google some, just some articles about podcasting and was like, how, what was the appropriate way to approach it? How do you kind of have a successful podcast when— because I was fairly— didn't have a lot of money at the time because I was kind of stuck at home. So I thought, what is kind of an appropriate budget-wise, how to have a good podcast but on a budget? Um, I finally found about, uh, this service called Anchor, which kind of got repurposed as Spotify for podcasters now. And they told— and what I found from there was just this platform where you could record and it immediately would just be posted. I thought, well, that's— that would be great to be able to just record and have it automatically posted on Spotify and Apple. I thought that was just kind of a great tool and great mechanism. Uh, right before I started recording, I started having more of my mental health issues and battles came up again, and school kind of got too crazy at the time. So I thought, well, podcast just going to have to be put on hold. Uh, when I transferred to Auburn, there was a journalism class that I was taking for my major at the time, and we had a speaker come talk to us about— I thought it was going to be something about sports journalism because that's kind of what a lot of the male speakers that she had in this class came and talked about was men coming into sports journalism if you were interested in doing all this. And that was not really the field of direction that I wanted to go in for journalism. I wanted to do more of like entertainment, more interview styles for that kind of journalism, not sports related or anything that was kind of in the sports realm. But this guy came and talked about podcasting, that he was opening up a podcast class at Auburn next year. And that if you were interested in wanting to sign up for the class to talk to your advisor. Well, I immediately went to my advisor and was like, I want to be in this podcasting class. I thought this is something I've always been wanting to do. And went, was able to get successfully in the class. I got accepted into it. And I learned a lot about podcasting there. But there was still just a lot of stuff that I needed to know and learn after I got done with the class. And all of 2024, did a lot of trying to do research on names for the podcast, trying to find artwork that was good, and, uh, trying to double down on the niche of what I wanted the show to be titled and kind of wanted, wanted it to be centered around. And so, uh, 2025— I graduated from Auburn end of 2024 in December, and in January of the following, the following month, I was freshly out of college, didn't have nothing to do at that point, so I doubled down on the podcast and I launched Lethal Venom back in February of last year, and it's about to hit its one-year anniversary. So that's kind of my realm of podcasting. It was just kind of a realization of waking up and just wanting to do a podcast, and then kind of just a 4-year process of trying to learn and trying to battle and go through life's struggles and hurdles at the time to be able to get it up. But it's, um, been almost a year and it's been very, very well received. It's done really well, and I'm real happy about how it's— how it's really turned out. It's really helped me mentally, and it keeps me mentally stable. So I'm really, really happy for the show.

I don't— I want to look it up. Lethal Venom Podcast. Wait, I spelled—

I—

it would be good if I spelled lethal. All right, and I'm gonna just share this for a second so people can see it. No, I'm proud of you that you did it, because Let me ask this question. I'm proud that you've done it because it's not easy. Is it helping your mental health having a podcast?

I would say personally, yes, it really has helped me mentally. A lot of the earlier episodes that I had done, and if you can, if you scroll back and go all the way to the beginning, those were— that was right before I got on PodMatch too. They were just the solo episodes, and those were the most for me, the most ones that I was real worried about doing was because it was going to be the honest truth about what I had been through. I talked about my mental health journey, the whole story from start to finish, and I talked a lot about my personal life at the time. I talked about my relationship with my father at the time, my, um, relationship with my classmates. How school was for me. I mean, I was just really honest about what I was going through, and I didn't really hold anything back. It was very much I wanted my truth out there because how my classmates had taught, uh, treated me, it was— I stayed silenced all my life. They never gave me the chance to say what I wanted to say. And so I wanted this podcast to be a way of having my voice out there and wanted my story told, and I wanted them to hear what they put me through. And I, I think they kind of—

oh, wait, you— wait, wait, wait, I want to stop there. Stop, stop, stop. So it was a little bit of, um, and I'm not gonna use the word— I— the word revenge is coming up, but I don't feel like it's revenge, but just a little bit about like, here, like a reality check. Here is what you did to me, but you didn't stop me, and look at me now kind of thing.

Exactly. It was, um, they never wanted to hear me about my depression at the time. They didn't want to hear about my struggles with the home life or anything like that. So, um, I was very much just checked out at that point. I— and I will say, when I did those episodes, so much of my personal life and a lot of the personal healing that I had from those episodes was astounding. I knew that if I talked about my classmates, it would get some anger out. I had a lot of stress relief come from that. It was very much, oh my God, this is something I've been wanting to do for years, is really tell the honest truth about how they treated me, how they were to me. And it was just really therapeutic. I thought that I've been— I had been to therapy so much at that time This was different for me. I had so much, like, relief come from that. It was just really— so podcasting for me has really been— has really truly been a lifesaver for me. It's helped with me mentally. I've been honestly at this point depression-free for 7 months. It's been the long— this has been the longest time I've actually been happy for, oh, for the longest time, because usually I'd be happy for a few months and it comes right back. But since I've been doing the podcast in February, I've actually been really mentally doing really well.

Oh my gosh. All right, so if you're listening on the podcast, once it airs, I just want to read you some of the testimonials. So it's Lethal Venom, pulled right away. I even spelled lethal wrong. Pulled right away on Apple. And by the way, before I forget, shout out to Dr. Kristen Williamson, who is actually I met her in real life. Amazing, amazing woman. Loved her. I met her at CreativeCon, which is happening next week. I'm very excited to go. But she's also featured in my book, by the way, my first book I did with, uh, because when she talks about adult autism and ADHD, it looks like you've got amazing guests that you're getting. It's incredible. But what I do want to read you guys, because you may not see this, I want to read a few of the 5-star reviews 31 ratings. It's not easy to do that. So this is an amazing podcast that covers so many different topics and different points of view, and it's a breath of fresh air. Noah's fantastic. He asked great questions and takes a warm-hearted approach to his show and helping others. So fun. This was an introspective, intelligent conversation. There's 31 of these 5-star reviews. Everyone took the time to, to get— Noah's an old soul with a gift for conversation. He's genuinely interested in his guests, which makes his podcast interesting. Noah, proud of you. So I— this is— I'm so proud of you. I'm so glad that we're both on PodMatch because PodMatch does afford a little bit of— I call it, you know, a little bit of commission, I call it, when we get paid to interview. So you get a little bit of that. Um, there's other— I just came from PodFest in Orlando, and we actually were there to showcase our book, our pod to book, where we actually take the conversations, turn them into books. And, uh, could be a good idea for you to do, picking 15 of your episodes that you love and creating your book. It's pretty amazing. I'm pretty proud of it. I got to meet Alex at— got to meet Alex. Oh, welcome. Oh, I got to meet Alex, um, at PodMatch. He wrote the foreword, and he also— all the guests in here are all PodMatch guess. So you could do the same thing too, you, you know what I mean? Like, there's, there's nothing that's stopping you. Um, and is this your full-time work that you do? Are you currently employed elsewhere?

Um, when I first started, I, I honestly didn't think that this would be my full-time. Um, when I first started podcasting, I was still living at Auburn at the time, and I wanted this to be kind of more of a hobby than than a job at that point, because I wanted to kind of dabble in my degree at that point. I thought, well, I have a bachelor's degree, surely enough I'd have easy— an easy time finding a job. Well, life humbled me real quick about job hunting in the real world, real quick about, no, it's not that simple. But I do do the podcast full-time now. I've actually been like, you know what, I'm just gonna really focus on the show and really put all my work into this. And kind of like you said too, I think Alex has such a good platform of, you know, we kind of get paid to be able to do— have guests on here and have, uh, and do interviews. But it's not like we just do it for the, for the money. We actually do it because we really enjoy podcasting. And, uh, all the guests, to me, I think the money's just kind of bonus. I still love— I love every guest that I've had through PodMatch. I think what Alex has created for PodMatch has been such a huge thing for podcasters. I think it's such a huge future. Um, I saw that he's been on your show as well, and he's been— he's just been— he's been on my show as well too. And it's just— he's such a good— he's a hardworking guy and really has put a really good platform together about it. I'm hoping to attend Podfest next year. Hopefully I'm— I can go and meet him finally. But he's just been such a good, good support system for me and for everyone on that platform. He's such a good support. He's hardworking and love just how much he's put into podcasting. And I think he's got such a good network.

Noah, 100%. I, I want to— I want to I want— hold on, I'm going— so everyone go on, follow the podcast. I will listen and then I will give you another beautiful rating. So Noah, you know, I was talking about this book and what I want to do is I've made a commitment that in every book I'm going to have— I'm going to offer free chapters where, you know, I'll put you in the book at no charge. Otherwise I charge $500 $100. So right now I will tell you, Noah May, I'm going to take this episode and you're going to become an author, um, a contributing author. Uh, Christina, uh, from Chatter Social, she is, uh, 20, uh, uh, you know, business owner too like you, and she's going to be in the book. And then Patty from New York, who, um, is a grief counselor, I gifted her that. So I'm very excited and, uh, I, I'm happy to do that for you because You have a voice. You need to be heard. You're— this— the manuscript will be beautiful. It's not a transcript by any— I mean, it's not even— it takes your story and it's going to put it into a narrative that you're going to say, like everyone else, I didn't know I could sound this great. Uh, Noah, I think what you're doing is incredible. You're getting great guests. I love that you, uh, are, are sharing your mental health journey. I don't think that there's anything else that's, that is more important because others are listening to you. I do want to just ask if Gilead has any questions. Gilead, did you have any questions?

No, I just want to say, Noah, congratulations on, on charging through and getting your degree. Um, I, I'm aware of, I, I have a son that struggles with mental health, and so I know the process is tough. And I, you know, I kind of believe that most mental illnesses are neurological chemical imbalances that are, are lifelong. So it sounds like you found a really great way to live with it. Um, and I— it's super important that you're doing this work connecting with other people because, like, you know, the more talk therapy people can do in podcasts, they it helps them stay connected and it doesn't cost them any money. And, um, I, I think there's— there's— did you ever feel like there's, there's a lot of shame around your struggles where you didn't want people to know about it and you didn't talk about it because maybe you thought it was a weakness?

Uh, for— at first I was, because Another thing that I had about mental health that I forgot to mention, I'm happy that you brought, kind of brought that up, is that a lot of the men get slack for talking about mental health because I know a lot of society tends to put the image of men are supposed to be tough, that are supposed to have this huge big ego of, oh, nothing gets me down. I'm basically strong and mighty. And deep down, it's not true. We got through a lot of personal things that, um, you know, women are very open and vocal about it, but yet if men kind of talk about it, it's like they kind of get seen in an ugly light. So I've had so many men come up to me, and in my past and now, they're like, I'm so happy that you're speaking up because So many people that I know that are guys go through the same thing you have, and they keep quiet because they don't want to break that image. They— and it's been more of the— it's not more of they don't want to, that is some of their egos. They want to keep that image. And I, I, I come on shows and I'm like, it's so far from the truth. I was kind of like that too, where, oh, we're supposed to be tough, we're not supposed to be talking about this, it shows that we're weak and everything. I have— I've kind of shown that I don't really care at this point, I want to share my story and really share my truth out there. And people can take it as much as they want to. I mean, if they think that I'm weak, so be it. I, I just know that I've had so many people reach out to me that have personally been like, thank you so much for speaking up, and thank you for having a voice in that podcast where it's vocal on it. And I've had other guys that my guests that have been, uh, kind of in the same struggle to come on and share their story. And my show is very much non-judgmental. You can come on here, and if you want to talk about mental health, so be it. If you want to talk about aliens, you come talk about aliens. I don't really care. My show's so much open-hearted that it's a no-judge-free zone. If you are real passionate about something, you come on and you can talk about it. And not feel like people are going to throw stones at you. I wanted it to be kind of an honest podcast where you can be open and honest as you want. And I've had some of the most— I've had outrageous comments said on the podcast, and I've had some really out-there guests, but it really has been a good representation of kind of my show, of how people can come on here and they can really share their honest opinion and not be scared of like being judged or they're going to be looked at in a different way. And I can see kind of just how grateful that they are for it. So I had some shame at the beginning too because I was just kind of like, I don't know how they're gonna take— I don't know how people are gonna really react to, well, then you're just real weak and you're not showing real manly information in there, or like manly characteristics. It's— this is such a weak thing. So I did have shame in it, but after a while I found that it was such BS that I was just like, you know what, I'm just going to talk about it and be a spokesperson for it and be an advocate for it. And it's really— it's really worked out really well. I'm really proud that I didn't stay quiet, that I was actually able to speak up.

Yeah, that's a great perspective, um, on what the, the male, male side is. And I mean, you're dead on that, that men don't talk about it, but you know, you know, that's not real life. Men and women— in fact, in a lot of mental illnesses, certain things are more prevalent in men, and that's why it's just so important to keep talking and people will be less afraid, more open, and, and talk about what— so what is— what's worked with you? What's worked for you? Like you said, you have periods of depression and then you might fall— or periods of wellness, and then you might fall into a depression. In those moments, how do you get yourself— how do you get yourself out of those depression periods?

At the very beginning, I was very much anti-therapy because I thought therapy was only for like how it's portrayed on TV. You see a lot of people that have like crazy— they're just out of their mind— go to therapy, and I was like, I don't— that's not me. Um, but I very much learned that that's not at all true, that TV does a really poor representation of therapy and psychiatrist offices really poorly. If you see any psychiatrist or therapist therapy office on— in movies or TV shows, they showcase that the whole room is full of people that kind of are out there. They might have imaginary friends that they're talking to, and that's just so not an accurate representation. What— and it's just like a regular doctor's office. There could be a mom that's a full-time working mom with two kids that's in there. There might be a 14-year-old that's about to go off to high school that's sitting in there waiting to see a doctor. And you— and there could be a man in a business suit that's going, coming to his therapy session before he goes to his job. That's more of the representation of what therapy and psychiatrist offices are. It's everyday people that you would never think in your life would be going through something. That it's just such a huge poor representation that TV does. And I wish that they kind of would have more of a truth in there because I think it really deters people from going to therapy too because they think, oh, if this is how it's portrayed on TV, then that's how it's going to be portrayed in real life. And you know, there might be one person in there that's kind of like how you see on TV. Not every person in that room is going to be like that though. It's more everyday normal people that you would never— you could look at and be like, they're going through something, why are they even here? You have that mental state. Uh, when I went to Auburn, we did therapy there. The amount of times I would be sitting in there and I could see a kid walk in and I could just look at it and you just wouldn't think that they would becoming in here. Like, it may really makes you think that, wow, you just never really know what someone's going through. So during that time, music was my number one life-saving grace. I had music as like a godsend for me. YouTube as well was kind of a, an escape world for me. I just would escape reality and just go into this fictional world of YouTube, which It's kind of crazy to say because it's like, well, it's real people doing it. It's just kind of a, kind of a world where you can go into and it's just like escapes. You don't really think about real life. You don't really think about what you're going through personally. You just really go on these YouTube channels and you just kind of experience their world. And so those have been also huge things. Um, Now podcasting for me is kind of an escape for me if I'm ever feeling down. If I want to come on here and talk about it, I kind of come on here and talk about it. And I— but I wish I had learned about this. And I also had done therapy, uh, at the time as well. I finally did get the courage to go to therapy, and therapy did help. And even went to a psychiatrist as well to even double down on what I was going through as well. And those really have been huge saving, saving graces for me. It's been really— I've been able to really bounce back from those. So those have been some of the ways that I've really been able to cope with my mental health over the years.

Awesome. Yeah, you can never say it enough, it's important to reach out. I always tell people there's no reason to suffer because there's solutions. Even if you're anti-medication, there are other solutions and therapies just to get— and once you get started, you can get on the path, um, to sustained recovery. That's awesome. Thanks.

Well, Gilead, wait, before you go off mic, I'd love for you to introduce yourself. Gilead. Gilead. So much humanity in her. She has fought for us. She's a hero. And I would love for Noah to know who was just asking those brilliant questions, because that's what Gilead does. She's one of the most brilliant women I know. Uh, so Gilead, would you mind introducing yourself to Noah?

Hey Noah, I'm, uh, Gilead on Chatter. Um, just, you know, for personal safety of, of, of what women go through, I, I disguise my name a little bit. So yeah, I mean, I've, I've been around Chatter since about October, and I've just— I know that in any room that I'm in, there's probably 30 or 40% of people that are actually going through exactly what you're going through. And sometimes they talk about it, and sometimes all it takes is one person to share a story, and then people just open up in a room where they've seen people before and heard them talk. So It's important that participation and that outreach that you're doing, you know, because it can help people, you know, even not from a clinical perspective, but it is a step. You know, it's— I just know it's very isolating when you're going through these things. And there is like— I had a former military background, so of course I was institutionalized into the thing. Thinking of you just have to suck it up and drive on, right? But we know that if you do— yep. But if you do that and suppress it for a long time, it's worse when it presents later. Um, so I just believe that, you know, there, there are tools out there and ways to access them— social media, podcasts, super stuff. You know, we never had that when I was younger because I'm 60 now. So I mean, I'm thinking all those years I had to struggle with raising one of my children as, like I said, a pretty severe mental illness. If I would've had access to podcasts like yours, I could have even had them running in the background even if he wasn't listening actively. He could have heard that. I could have planted the seeds. So, you know, I mean, before we had all that technology, um, it was really, really hard. So this is, this is just so awesome. I see a real need for it in the world. So I just wanted to say hello.

Thank you so much. I really, really mean a lot. Thank you so much. For the comments.

Gilead's a really incredible human, so we'll invite you on Chatter Social. It is a free app, and, uh, and, and it's interesting, and you'll, you know, you'll find some rooms as it grows. But, uh, love to have you. Thank you, Gilead, for being here. Your questions are great. I, I just admire and respect you and just think the world of you, Gilead. Um, and Noah, I'm so glad to meet you. I'm so glad to share you with the people that I know. So that they could get a taste of you and understand. And you have a whole life ahead of you at 24. Oh my God, I'm 63, Gilly. I'd imagine going back to being— no, I'm glad I'm 63, actually. Sorry, sorry, I agree with Gilly, 63 is good. Um, anyways, so thank you. Noah, is there anything that I didn't ask you that you wish I'd asked you?

Not really. I think you kind of covered everything very, very well. Um, I think your platform of really having a, a podcast for people like me to come on and share our stories is really beneficial. And the more that people hear these stories, the more that it, that it helps people to be more open and honest about what they're going through and see that it's not— they won't— it's not shameful to be going through what we've been through, to be vocal and be— that you can be open and honest, that people will listen, and that there are— is a good support system out there waiting for you. Amazing.

Thank you so much for being here. And it'll probably just be another, another couple weeks until I get the manuscript completed, and I will send you your chapter 2, uh, to proof. I may get Noah's name spelled wrong, but other than that, I think you're gonna love it. Thank you, Gilead. And I'm going to end the stream right now. Thank you, listeners, for listening. And, uh, follow lethalvenom.com. That's Noah's podcast. I'm Adrienne Barker Speaks, No Prep Needed. Till next time, looking forward to seeing you. Thank you, Noah.

Thank you so much.

You are welcome.
