Hey everybody, Chris Coloma here with Mokihana Investments. Reason why we're shooting this video is to talk about how 101 has helped us with our real estate investments. Sheena and I recently started investing with real estate, our company Mokihana Investments, after 101 Financial came into our lives. It was such a blessing and we thank our instructors. Gil, my brother, thank you. You should have pushed us harder to join a year earlier. Uncle Merle, who's helped us along the way, and of course Alan. and the rest of the ONE-on-One team. What ONE-on-One has done, it was the accelerant for us to finally invest in real estate. And, you know, we were scared. Should we wait till the market, till prices drop, till interest rates get better? Should we catch that falling knife? And ONE-on-One was that catalyst to say, hey, here's the confidence, gave us the confidence to start investing and doing well. We're here doing our 2021 goals. First goal-setting date that Sheena and I set. And I think it's very important that we do these type of things and we know where we want to go and how to get there. And just speaking more about what 101 has done for us, um, since becoming students, then becoming instructors, we have purchased 2 properties in 2019 here in Las Vegas. And in 2020, although there were ups and downs, 2020 has brought many blessings to our business and our family. And we were able to buy 6 properties out of state. We purchased in Memphis, we invest there doing the BRRRR strategy, and only because of what ONE ONE has taught us, how we have control of our finances, how to be responsible, how to budget, all of that good stuff. You guys know. Um, but that's what ONE ONE has done for us. We appreciate it. Alan, thank you for starting this company, and let's continue to crush our 2021 goals. Aloha. Thank you.
