In this testimonial, Megan Lundwall shares how she eliminated $36,000 of debt—including six student loans, a personal loan, a car loan, and four credit cards—within 16 months using the One on One Financial (101) program. After clearing her debt, she purchased a 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath house in the Silverado Ranch area of Las Vegas using only her income. Megan describes the emotional shift from frustration and fear of lifelong debt to excitement and freedom, outlines her future plans to acquire additional rental properties and a high‑rise investment, and encourages others to attend workshops and try the program, noting how word‑of‑mouth spread among her coworkers at a major Vegas hotel.

Hi everyone, my name is Megan Lundwall and this is my house. Come on inside. Thanks to One on One Financial, we were able to buy this after paying off all of our debt, so it's quite an accomplishment. We were able to get a 3-bedroom, 2-bath in Las Vegas in the Silverado Ranch area. It's very exciting to meet this accomplishment. Without One on One, I don't think I would be here this soon and probably would be not able to afford a house in the next couple of years because I'd still be paying off debt. Originally, I saw another instructor posting about her experience with Lumen Financial when she was a student, and I remember thinking there's no way she paid off her house. She's way too young to have paid off her house already. So I tried it. I was pretty easy, I guess, as a person to convince to do it because I just went in and did it. And once I saw things starting to pay off, that's when I actually was skeptical because I didn't understand why it was happening. Soon enough, this was paid off, that was paid off, that was paid off. I started off with 6 student loans. I had 1 personal loan, 1 car loan, and 4 credit cards. I was at around $36,000 in debt. So the near future was not near at all in my eyes. So, but with 101, thankfully I was able to pay it off in about 16 months. Like 6 months later, I ended up buying this house. So, and it was only on my income. I did it only on mine because I wanted to have a house under only my name. So it's very exciting that I finally got to this point. I want to start collecting houses. Um, we do a little by little. Realistically, I know I'm gonna get to a point where I can afford to buy my quote-unquote dream house. So I think eventually Eventually this will become a rental, we'll have our own dream house, and then we also want to get a high-rise at one point to rent out. It feels so good because now I have the opportunity that I'm not just throwing my money at rent, and now I can actually like get it back and put it towards something else to invest in my future. And it's awesome too because everyone at work is starting to jump on. I feel like it kind of started with just my instructor, and everyone at work is hearing about it, you know, over someone, over the other, like part of the employee dining room can hear about it, and then it trickles down. I work at one of the largest hotels in Vegas. So it's really cool to see all of this happening. I think for anyone in any position, it really just shows you where everything is going, what's coming in, what's going out. The best thing for me about being a 101 student is the emotions that you go through. I didn't know what the future held, and then things started happening and I was excited but confused. And then I started getting comfortable with the idea of no longer having these debts on my plate, and it felt very freeing. So it goes from this very frustrated feeling before 101 Of knowing I'm going to be paying my student loans until I'm 60 years old, I think it was, to now owning a house and I'm 31. It just feels so good. I wish that for everyone. So just trust the person who invites you to workshops. Check them out. Do your research if you want and check it because it works. I know it works. I've lived it and I've seen it happen time and time again. If you put your effort into the program, it works.
