Choosing to Turn Circumstances into Catalysts

Alessandro Sciaraffa coaches founders on converting hardship into growth. He shares how childhood divorce and a derailed tennis career taught him to reject victim narratives and reframe difficulty as fuel for elite performance. The framework moves from resistance to acceptance, dismantles scarcity thinking, and uses visualization to align your mind with abundance.

This is going to be a session on how you can excel personally and personally develop a level of excellence in your own mental architecture, in your own life, so that you are able to bring that into your business, into your movement, into your clients' lives, into the people that are in your circles. So looking forward to this one and looking forward to hearing what comes up for you. We're going to do a little bit of conceptual Yeah, speaking through some conceptual work right now, followed by some Q&A. And if there is time, we will do live coaching. So obviously, one of the first topics today is about using the difficulties in your lives as catalysts for growth. So this is a really important one because for me, the reason how I was able to start what I'm doing now traveling the world, helping families, parents, kids with high-level dreams, and, you know, those that have global aspirations on a huge scale, was that I was able to see trials and tribulations or circumstances in my own life as catalysts for what my strengths might be. And one of the first catalysts of my life was obviously my parents having a divorce. And during that time, I was having so much momentum and I guess foundations laid for, you know, what I was— what was happening at the time in my life, which was to be a professional tennis player. And obviously with the foundations changing from underneath me as a child, that kind of realigned me and redirected me, and obviously it shifted the momentum a little bit. And caused me to, you know, review what is really going on here. I was— as I was introduced to, you know, relationship dynamics, I was introduced to environmental changes and what makes up an elite environment, what has to be in place, what can't be in place for a child or a person to actually grow into their strengths and their gifts so they can, you know, do what they felt like they were meant to do in this life. So, you know, that happened when I was 12 years old, and What was going on as a result of that was I was able to use it as a catalyst. I was able to do something called rejection, which is not something that we gain access to until around the ages of— I want to say for people it could be as early as 3 years old, but obviously as you come into your own being and autonomy, which does start around 18 months to 3 years old, you begin to gain the ability to reject ideas, reject thoughts, reject concepts from the world. And, uh, yeah, I, I rejected the fact that there was a lot of pain and suffering going on in my environment, but I didn't identify with it, um, which I'm fortunate that I didn't, because otherwise who knows what might have happened, right? So I knew that that wasn't for me, that wasn't my path to go down. And by virtue of being in an environment that was disrupted, that was the catalyst for me to realize what I'm doing today, which is to build environments that are based on elite concepts, excellence, excuse me, and to actually foster those environments for people where they don't have that already. So if I hadn't gone through that experience in my childhood, I wouldn't have been able to, you know, go across all the continents and deliver that type of environment to other clients, to founders, to, you know, business structures and corporations or even small set family environments, athletic environments. And so that is how the first topic comes into play today, which is using the difficulties in your life as catalysts for growth, which just starts with asking ourselves a few questions, right? Which is about, you know, How can this be for me rather than it happening to me? And when we begin to ask that question, we can start to find the silver linings. We can start to draw power from the situation rather than be a victim from it. And we're going to start drawing upon the resources that are naturally within us, that are in, you know, that come with us in this lifetime to be able to tap into and ultimately express as an experience we want to go through. Many of us want to be a leader, we want to help others, maybe we just want to have a nice lifestyle, whatever the case may be for you guys. And to be able to activate that mission, we would have to look at everything as an opportunity for growth. So catalyst for growth, it could be, you know, don't condone any of the things that might have happened in your childhood or in your experiences to happen again. What we're looking at here is how can we take them as a catalyst to help us move forward. Because all these events we're talking about as difficulties, they've all happened in the so-called past. And our narration, our description, or our conclusion of that event is going to shape the type of mental world we live in and operate from going forward. So if we haven't reconciled those experiences as opportunities to grow and as catalysts to develop, Then chances are we're doing what a lot of people get lost in, which is that we think something happened to us, it disabled us. And so we're trying to live our life now to make sure that isn't true anymore, even though those narrations are not true to begin with. They're just conclusions we made up from potentially when we were 5 years old, 12 years old, and we haven't challenged the validity of them. Challenging the validity of them is important because we as adults and, you know, and aspiring, whatever the case may be for you guys, leaders, parents, coaches, founders, we would have come up with these conclusions from the lens of a child. So when we haven't challenged that lens, that means we're still operating from an old dated lens. We're just 20, 30, 50 years on. And we think that's normal. And this is where the ability to reject things comes into play, right? So if I begin to reject that, this notion of maybe I'm not good enough or good things are not meant for me, instead of accepting that as a truth. So the difference between rejecting and accepting there is I would have gone on to have a life full of trying to disprove that I'm not good enough rather than reject that I'm not, not good enough and get on with what actually I do want. So this comes to the next point, which is about focusing what you want versus what you don't want. Focusing what you don't want, you can still get lots of success with. You can be driven by that. And focusing on what you don't want is actually a polarity that we need to supply contrast in our life. If there's no contrast, then we don't know which way is left or right, up or down. But what tends to happen is people become misidentified with the negative polarity, the victimhood. And they live from that, trying to disprove it all the time, which begins to make us cause, you know, create effects, the effects and byproducts of that, which is a lot of effort, stagnation, frustration, which are all, by the way, useful polarities that if we can transmute them, can help us. And this is what, you know, people on the kind of negative polarity end up doing is they use those, but it's still in the confines of I'm not good enough. So they're there'll always be some sort of invisible ceiling there. And then people will wonder why it causes potentially injuries or multiple setbacks as a pattern, or they can't break out of patterns, right? Because the operating system they're performing from or living from is the lie that they're not good enough. So it's become a misidentification versus to not entertain that and challenge the validity of, you know, what happened to you when you were younger? Does it really mean that you're not good? Or that you're a bad human being, or that you're worthless? No, it doesn't mean that, but that's what we interpreted it as when we were younger. So this is the difference between, you know, one of the next chapters is relative experiences versus absolute truth, which we can just touch on quickly, right? So when I was becoming on the road to becoming a professional tennis player, I was doing so under some false beliefs that I did not have access to money because of my family's financial situation. Because I accepted that as a truth unbeknowingly, I made it a reality. So everywhere I looked, I would find no money, no opportunities for money. Also, my attention was not fixated on how to get sponsorships, how to brand yourself, how to present yourself, and how to develop contacts that will believe in you or propose a profile for yourself where people feel you're attractive to invest in. None of those were coming to my attention, and I found out years later that the reason why is because I was rooted in a belief that money wasn't accessible to me. So I had to find a way to navigate life through that belief, and you can see how limiting that is. Now, what I spoke to you about a second ago is about negative polarities. So that you could see that as a negative polarity, but we about who we truly are because we have a choice. change from negative to positive, and who we truly are is really boundless, timeless, infinite possibilities, we are going to be drawn to disproving these lies. And that helps us use the negative to actually push us into the positive. And so what I did was use the fact that I was believing a lie, that money wasn't accessible to me, to make sure that I performed in an impressive manner. And even though that's still based in limitation, right? So that means that your value is only dependent on your performance, which you could say in some business and sports worlds is, you know, part of the game. You perform well and you get rewarded, right? So I ended up taking my preparation very seriously, my performance very seriously, making sure that I perform when it mattered. That I was presentable, professional, um, that I covered a lot of tracks. And obviously I found a way for that to work. I ended up working with, um, and still to this day, Grand Slam champions in tennis, former world number ones, junior world number ones, developing talent all the way through to the pros. And in the entrepreneurial world, you know, helping entrepreneurs turn into founders, or at the corporate level, doing, um, talks and workshops for people on how to take, take control of their mental faculties so that they can excel. Beyond their patterns. However, because it's a negative base that I started from, which was a lie, there's always going to be limitations on that path. So it would become exhausting for me to live a life that was based on however I perform is going to be what my value is. So I'm sure some of you may have come across that you attach your value to your performances. So what happens when you don't perform well? Well, that means that your world could come crashing down. You don't get, you know, the validation, you don't get the responses you want. And what does that mean? And by the way, that's fine. But what do you make that mean in the world of I'm not good enough? It's stressful and it can get you down. Instead of it being feedback, you actually take it personally because it reinforces something you believe about yourself, an insecurity, and then it takes you longer to recover, to pivot, to move forward. And even if it doesn't, you're still always being driven by this kind of fear, which again is fine if you're able to use that as a compass for what the truth is about who you are, right? It's kind of like a little sliding scale to just be like, ah, thanks for bringing that to my attention that I think I'm not good enough. Now I know where to focus, which is that I am good, obviously, and how can I perform from that place and and use everything as feedback. So there's 2 total different worlds there. So that's the power of mental worlds that we believe, uh, that we live from. And in the— and our coaching here, if you end up joining our, our system, which is where we do system, we put you into an aligned system, and then we do coaching to remove those blocks and then hold you accountable to the steps to follow through so that you can evolve and refine those steps to be more accurate, accurately designed for what you're after. Or what you're kind of searching to experience, then you will get to the root cause of kind of all of the undesirable results that are in your life, either financial, even performance-wise, or relationship-wise. So this is quite a powerful experience when you discover those root causes that are at the, the primary cause basically of what's going on, instead of addressing kind of the superficial results where they produce maybe a lot of insecurity, a lot of lack-based mindsets, lack-based concepts where we think we have to disprove all these things about who we potentially are, which is not true. We just have to align ourselves with the true nature of who we are and then perform from there, because then we'll produce more results that are aligned from that primary cause of being good, of being great, being a good person. being capable, all of the things that are good about us, right? So that's one example from my own life and from, I guess, a few concepts, a few case studies from— brief case studies from my clients about using difficulties as catalysts for growth. And you'll find behind every professional elite athlete performer, they've used their difficult moments for catalyst to growth. However, it can only get you to a certain point, as I experienced in my life, when if you keep operating from a negative concept about yourself, Then when you want to break through to a new level that you've not achieved before, operating from that negative concept won't take you there. It can only take you so far because the next level is going to require that you embody a different type of energy, a different type of knowing, confidence. You're not trying to disprove lies because that takes resources and it takes— it actually takes the most amount of energy from your nervous system to keep disproving lies because obviously lies are lies. They don't exist other than when you focus on them. And to keep that up whilst trying to do your goal, it's it's it's not the most efficient way to go. And we see this with professionals, right? When I was working with some junior athletes in Asia and Taiwan, you know, that was revealed to me that one of my players had a belief that you know, and this might relate to in your life, and somehow you can take the story away for you. A belief that when they start their performances, or when they get out there to start their performance, that they're nervous and they play their worst. So, you know, quite a normal belief, um, to, to attribute ourselves to. However, it wasn't very empowering, and also it wasn't absolutely true. So this is the concept about relative experience and absolute truth. Relative experience is going to be what you're genuinely experiencing as a reality. Based on the foundations of your mindset. So if the foundation of your mindset is that you get nervous and you play your worst at the start, then that's going to be your reality. And we honor that. We want to understand that if we'd gone through your childhood, if we'd gone through your upbringing, and if we had all the teachings that we had, role models that we had in your life, then we would probably— not probably, we would think the same. And so we want to meet people with a lot of compassion there. However, don't want to let them hang out there in the lie. And so what I did with, uh, with this player is, you know, we had a great rapport, so, you know, I could say things and they would take it on kind of face value. And I said, okay, so you think you're nervous at the start of the match and you play your worst? I said, no, you're actually very relaxed at the start and you play your best, right? And obviously this is a junior athlete, so, you know, they looked up to me as some sort of role model mentor. We had a great relationship, and they were like, Ah, yes, you're right. Okay, so I mean, that's how much it could take to literally drop a belief, is that you entertain the opposite. And when it's said with some assertiveness, kind of like effortless, blasé, just like assumptiveness, we can actually program ourselves at the subconscious level to perform from that place because we're doing that anyway. We are doing that anyway. When we say that we're nervous and we're going to perform our worst at the start, we've said it so confidently, so assertively, that our body takes it on as a truth, and then we manifest the feelings to be able to perform to that level. Now, how amazing is that? There's this— there's a system in our bodies and our minds and our brains that allows us to just perform to the level of what we insert into us and declare as true. So this is the power of what we can do. And obviously, by the way, when he started that match, he played his best start of match that he'd ever started with. I think he went up like 3-1 in the— he was a tennis athlete, went up 3-1, which he'd never done before. He'd always start losing. And he got— he was very competitive in that set, the most competitive I've ever seen him. And then a week later, he went on to get his first world ranking point, which he hadn't done. He'd been trying to do for 2 years and we did it in 3 months. So that's the power of, you know, not to say those 2 years weren't valuable, but it brought him to that point where, you know, we potentially had enough or someone had to call out the things that we were talking about, about ourselves, believing about ourselves that weren't actually true, but we'd bought into being true. So this is why coaching and mentors and having a community of people that want the best for you and let you do it on your own terms, like free will, and just invite you to other concepts, not force, not push down your throat, but more act as a demonstration. And they're able to pick up on this and actually practice that for themselves. So this is the power of, you know, this level of work if you ever get to entertain it. So how are we doing on that first concept, right? So that was about turning difficulties into catalysts for growth. And last point on that, right, is that everything is being used as a catalyst for growth as soon as we choose it to be. So everything is, and it will be used as a catalyst for growth as soon as we choose it to be. And I'm sure if most of you listen to this, then you already are using your experiences as means to help you grow, evolve, and align yourself with, you know, your truer nature, the things that you actually want to experience in life rather than the things you're trying to avoid. Which leads me to a second point, which is about avoidance and acceptance, or control and acceptance, the 2 differences. So when we're living in this limited world, limited mental world that we kind of develop for ourselves through narratives about who we are, conclusions we made when we were younger that haven't been challenged, and then we buy into that, and then we build a world, an empire upon that, obviously the foundations are made upon limitations. So there's always— it's always going to— all our results are going to bring us back to that. We might even have great results, but our conditioning makes us feel like it's not enough, which totally ruins our momentum, contradicts the things that we're going after, and it becomes our obstacles, becomes our roadblocks. Our own mental conditioning becomes our obstacles. And because it's invisible, it's, you know, it's a little bit tricky for some people to see where they're coming from, and they start to blame circumstances, they start to blame people, luck. Um, you know, they start to become resentful for other people having developments that they go past their own development rate. They start to compare, um, they start to get afraid. So all of these kind of byproducts of living from this way, very dangerous, right? So what's the answer if we do live in that world and you're totally convinced you live in that world of limitation? Is obviously you try to control as many things as possible in your life, right? Now There's only— we have a lot of power, we have a lot of control, but in this type of control based on limitation, we go above, we go to the extreme where if something doesn't get controlled exactly how we want it to be, we start to panic a little bit and avoid potentially that thing about ourselves that we believe getting out into the open. And then we go into a state of avoidance, which doesn't get us our goal. It just has us avoid what we don't want to be true. And this could be the case for, you know, as a founder, as an entrepreneur, about being seen on social media or posting your rates or websites or whatever you want to do to expand, increase your income revenue for your, for your chosen experiences in life. This is where we start to see an avoidance tactic and why we don't get the results we actually want. And we just get things that are kind of subpar, or we stay the same and we don't grow and expand. It's because we go into states of avoidance out of fear, um, because we're so bought into these limiting narratives, rather than just focusing on what we do want, what we've chosen to experience for our life, and going for it and using feedback on how to kind of align with that. We're not driven by fear on the alignment side. We're driven by inspiration, pure possibility. We're driven by, this is possible, we know this is possible. In fact, it's already done in the future. I just have to align with the steps that make it so. And this is, from my experience at least, difficult when you don't have a spiritual foundation to your growth, to your development, to your business. And what I mean by spiritual is not maybe what most people mean. I mean the abundance mindset. That's pretty much what I mean by spiritual, is that you understand the truth, that you let the truth you know, be expressed within you that on a spiritual foundation everything already exists via imagination. So if you can imagine it, then it's already been created. There's a form of it already been created, and all we have to do is believe it's already been created. It's already so. In fact, we're already on that path, and we are the person who's already created that. Now we're just experiencing that journey. It's almost like saying if you knew that Money wasn't an obstacle, if you knew that losing this match wouldn't matter for the total outcome of your goal, how would you perform? How would you play? How would you react? See, our reaction would change. And so once we, once we operate from a spiritual foundation of abundance, then we don't take things personally. We don't kind of— the reactions become less polarizing. Not to say that reactions aren't good or bad. It's just that we want to be able to maintain a continuous forward momentum. So that our efforts compound, our actions compound, and because that's how everything works on Earth, right? There's a process to everything. It takes 9 months to have a baby. It takes 90 days to grow carrots out the ground. It takes around 21 days to change a habit, you know, depending on what habit, right? So everything follows a process here, and anything that takes us off the process is obviously misalignment. So misaligned kind of reactions, perspectives, perceptions can hinder us, but in reality, it never hinders us, right? It's all part of the process, part of your personal process. If you do end up going off track of that kind of 90-day process, 21-day process, 9-month process, then it's giving you feedback on how to get back on track, right? And that's so you learn for the next phase of the process. So really, nothing's ever going wrong in our lives, even though it appears to be. But what this talk is about is about efficiency, because at the higher levels, efficiency is what matters, right? Because if we give people in sports, opponents, our chance, more chances to kind of take the lead because we're too busy in our reactions about negative lies that don't even exist, then we're not present for a second. And then they take the lead, and then we kind of learn from that and we come back. But potentially at that level, the Execution level so high that you don't get a chance to come back in that match, maybe the next tournament, right? And these things all cost money. So everything is kind of stacking up every time we kind of give in to these lies. So the the part of that we're talking about now is about control versus acceptance. So when we try to just to summarize, when we try to control everything and if it doesn't go our way, we kind of freak out because we go into a story about what it might mean. I remember actually a player I was working with whose first serve percentage in tennis was going down in the most important moments, but they were winning against top, top players in the world. But when the serve percentage went down, they got into a story, a reactive story about what that means, when it really didn't mean what they were thinking. Their performance dipped and they gave the advantage or the opportunity for the opponent to have an advantage. And then they The opponent was obviously an elite-level performer, took that advantage because they were being present, waiting for that moment. And then my, you know, the player I was working with couldn't recover in time in that match. So this is the cost of kind of living in the internal narratives where if we're not in control of everything, we go into a defensive manner and we stop being present, right? So this could be costing us, could be costing us millions, could be costing us Grand Slam opportunities if you're in that world. Could be costing us meetings with important people for our businesses. Could be costing us how we show up in environments, our body language, for people saying yes and no to us. And it's all good, right? That's what we wanna remember. Like the yeses and nos are all good. We are just in the business here of efficiency and alignment so that we can use the data to align us, to use the data to make us more efficient, not to get into negative spirals. And even if you do get in negative spirals, that's also a catalyst for your growth. Not to repeat the catalysts, okay? That's what we're here for, not to keep repeating to need the catalyst, even though that's what some of us do need. It's all good. So acceptance or allowance is more that if something is happening and bringing up some sort of emotion in us, is to allow it. Because when we resist it, by going into stories of consequences about what this might mean and what that's going to mean if I do that, if I get behind, all these kind of narratives, right, is instead of actually experiencing the narratives or the energy— because emotions and thoughts and feelings are all kind of attached, right? When you think of a narrative, it causes also an emotion to be felt or a feeling, and it just reproduces that, right? So there's going to be some sort of perception you have about what's going on. And the question here is, can you be with that? So if someone does say no to a proposition to you, can you just experience the no, whatever that means to you? Can you be with this without running away, without trying to cover it up, without trying to go into a story about what this means? Can you just feel it in your body? Because that is going to be the absence of resistance. Resisting everything that might be going on in the result is basically going to perpetuate how long you keep getting those types of results. Because if I could use an example, right, if I'm not accepting of my current situation, I'm resisting it, then I'm just trying to figure out ways to keep resisting it. I'm not actually trying to live and accept what the feedback is so I can actually graduate. And move on, I just keep resisting the evidence. And obviously, I'm sure we know friends, family, clients that we know are doing this unconsciously. So there's no blame, shame, or guilt attached, right? But it's just an awareness raiser to, to, yeah, I guess awareness raiser to be aware of that we don't have to resist. And actually, the second we stop resisting is the second we start experiencing the data and the feedback. And then we actually get the answer. the answer to how to progress. And it could be live in that moment, and the result might change. Someone might say no, but you change your state of being to allow this, to accept it. And because of that, you're in a vibration to have another response that comes from value, from validation, worth. These are all your true nature qualities— abundance, joy, detachment, right? And so potentially, because you're in that vibe, in that state— well, not potentially, definitely— you can change the course of the next outcome because you're going to have access to different actions that are based in your state of being. Just remember that you're only going to have ideas, thoughts, feelings based in the state of being you're in. So if you know you're not in a good mood or you've got some sort of sensation resistance happening, and I would just take a step back instead of making the next decision, I would regulate our state of being so that we can discern between what lie am I believing right now that I have that Has me resist what's going on, so that I can reconcile that live in the moment and go, "That doesn't mean that." That's the mind speaking. That's not true. That's a reality, but it's not true. The truth is what? And you can declare the truth. This is happening for my good. What is this telling me about how I can move forward? What's the feedback here? And to affirm basically what we actually want to happen. So yeah, more advanced concept here. Before you go into any performance meeting proposition. You want to do it from a place of mental rehearsal of what you would choose to happen. So mental rehearsal, we're all doing, by the way, unconsciously. Mental rehearsal, we're all doing unconsciously, meaning we're always, we're always thinking of an outcome we think is going to happen, whether we know that consciously or not. Our job here is to make you conscious that you're doing it so that you can actually start to rehearse what you'd like to happen. When you do that, You put your body nervous system in this vibration of the outcome you want, and you begin to show up like that. You begin to receive ideas from that place. Your body language changes, your tonality changes. And the more specific you can get about the rehearsing outcome happening the way you want, the more details you're going to get— excuse me— the more details you're going to get, um, about how you might want to show up. If that is a truth that someone is accepting a proposal, if the match is going your way, how might you have been showing up to produce that? So this is a great tool to be able to align us with— stop trying to control everything and resist things instead of accepting and allowing, and then actually rehearsing and affirming what we want to be happening, what we choose to be happening. So I hope that helps you on the second concept for today. So the first one is about using difficulties in our life as catalysts for growth. Second phase is about accepting those difficulties, allowing those difficulties to be present because there's lessons there. There's actually data, there's actually information that's useful for us to graduate out of them rather than controlling or trying to resist. Resist is a better word, trying to resist the situation. Yes. And that might be new for people. That might be new for people to not resist things. Because that's the defense mechanism that we've kind of been taught unconsciously. And it's our responsibility when it is, when we choose to, for it to be our responsibility to take ownership of our responses, to actually learn how to feel again, not avoid feelings. And also to not let the mind categorize what's going on as a recycling machine that we've been You know, we might have mental beliefs that we think what's going on in front of us is something that's totally not happening, right? And again, you probably have friends and family that you see them do this live in the moment, and you know it doesn't mean what they're making it mean. So we're all doing this as well. We just want to take control in a good way for what we're making things mean to always be for prosperous, nothing to harm us, things for our good. How this can maybe be redirection, or what this could be teaching us. What do I need to learn next? What will I do for next time? What is this revealed? Where potentially I'm coming from, or what's just the feedback? Is there a misalignment there? Is this just not the right fit for me? Am I going for things that are not the right fit for me, which is a byproduct of believing that you're not good enough, right? The gotta remember, like if we have this kind of negative self, we call we call it can just call it the ego, even though the ego is also can be used for good if we train it. That genuinely is rooted in I'm not good enough. Then by virtue of those laws, which are lies, by the way, but to the ego, it's a law. By virtue of believing that law, then you have to make decisions that are commensurate with believing you're not good enough. That means you have to have the wrong meeting set up, you have to have people reject you, because that's going to reflect back to the ego what it thinks is true about the world, which is you're not good enough, right? So it's literally just a reflective game. Um, once we start to educate our ego about what's true and what's false in the world, we begin to develop a healthy character, a healthy avatar, you could say, in this lifetime that we choose to live from, not the one that the world has given to us. And, and if you're born on planet Earth, then by virtue of the first 7 years of your life, there is a lot of conditioning that we either are based in truth or they're based in lies. And obviously, as we grow, we start to realize that the lies are making us feel bad about ourselves and making things feel effortful, stressful, disease, injuries, right? And we realize this can't be life, right? This can't be how things are supposed to be. And you start to realize, okay, my mental foundations are what been causing this. There's a great quote from Neville Goddard which says, um, the chief delusion of human beings is that there are causes in their life other than their own state of being. So in layman, in layman terms, short terms, what he's saying is that we've become misidentified with results in our life being something to do with some other external mystery, rather than actually looking at where we're causing them and making a connection from our foundational beliefs and mindset about where that's actually causing us to show up in a certain way. Which can be tricky work if you haven't got a guide to do it. But the goal of, you know, specifically, particularly, um, our coaching is to get you to coach yourself because we need to be making live moment-to-moment decisions and choices. And, you know, you're the one who knows yourself the best and you're going to be the one who can make the quickest decision then and there without calling someone all the time or not having to have someone always with you. You actually have your own connective source to your own abundant state, your true nature that can give you the right answers all the time if you choose to take on that. So that is the first 2 topics. The 3rd one that I wanted to— we wanted to share today is about relative truth and absolute truth, which we already touched on. So yeah, like I said in my story growing up, I believed I lived in a world that money wasn't accessible to me. So I made that real. I looked for areas where that was real, obviously not on purpose, not consciously. But you got to remember, whatever you feed and impress upon your mind, it's going to give you more of that. We have filters in our brain or on our mind. One of them is called deletion, which means whatever foundational mindset and belief your mind has been told or instructed or taken on as a truth, it will delete everything in your circumstances that doesn't give you more of that truth. And it's quite powerful because if you give it actual universal laws and truths to abide by, it's going to give you more of that. So yeah, I obviously made that a real experience. So that's what we call relative experience, right? Because other players in my situation did have money. So is it absolutely true that people don't have access to money who come from family backgrounds that don't have a lot of money? No, it's not true, right? There's sponsorships available, there's connections, private Donors. You know, we can create a brand now, and you could have done back then, since 2013. So it wasn't absolutely true, right? But it doesn't mean we don't honor the person's experience. We want to basically educate them and actually question the validity of the relative experience, especially if it's limiting. Is it absolutely true that you don't have access to any money? Because then we can start to, you know, go through in our own lives, where is it that we've been given money? Because the mind, if it's got a misidentified state, if it's not based in universal law, meaning that life is prosperous and you can have basically whatever you put your mind to, you could say the old saying is, if it's not based in that and it's based in negation to that, like the lie is that you don't have access to anything, a lack-based mindset, Then it is ordered and instructed, instructed to take you on that path as an experience so that you may know that that's not real. That's not giving you energy; that's taking energy from you. You get put on that path so that you can discover the truth, which is that you have access, you have abundance, you are actually abundance. Abundance follows you. That's why you. You won't— those people that think they don't have access to opportunities, notice how they're not talking about how much opportunities they've been given. Because if their foundational mindset was set to abundance, like, oh, look how much opportunities I've been given, look what I've been given so far, I keep getting given things, right? Then if it's not set on that, they're always going to be set on what they're not getting. Which perpetuates that. And so there could be opportunities right under their nose— performers, entrepreneurs, leaders— that they literally cannot see and is being deleted from their experience as part of the mind's filter system. And it will go right past them and they'll never see it until they change the foundation of their mindset, the perception and perspectives that it's operating from. The second filter is called generalization. Actually, it's called distortion first. So what happens is distortions happen based on our foundational mindset. So if we're not aligned with who we truly are, which is abundance, love, prosperity, um, opportunity, you know, if we're not aligned with that, then we're aligned with the opposite, which is to do with lack, not possible probabilities. And so again, our mind's going to distort our experiences to match our mindset. Bob Proctor had a great quote, which is to say that, uh, about what is a mindset. And he said, so when you set a goal, you've got to set the goal, see it as already happening, and feeling it as already have happened. That's called a mindset. You set your mind onto a certain frequency. So that's what he was describing about what a mindset is. When you are— when your mind has been set, now it's just going to follow the cascade, kind of the systems. You know, that's the original thought. You, you set your mind to something and now your nervous system has to follow that. Now all the procedures have to follow by law what you've put into it, even if it's not good for you, right? And because of your true nature is good, inherently good, it allows for you to go down these kind of, you could say, negatively oriented experiences just so you can experience that and know that it's not true and turn a corner and pivot if you do choose to pivot. If you don't choose to pivot, then you still can have success in life, but it might come with everything that comes with about negativity, right? You might get injured a lot, you might not have your relationships with you, your values might not be met, you might get all the money you need, but you don't have people to share it with. This is what normally happens down the negative path. You can still get what you want, um, but at the cost of believing the lies that it comes with. And there's no right or wrong, by the way. This is, you know, you can go as far as you want with either side, the positive or the negative. But, um, the negative side can only take you so far before you feel a little bit kind of empty. You feel like there's nothing that you can do to fill this void of not enough. And eventually people are invited to turn to the truth of who they are, which is how much abundance and power and support they do have. And so their mindset can be fixated on that and performing from that. So yeah, that was a little bit of digression towards from relative experience and absolute truth. So absolute truth would be what is true for all, you know. So that you're going to find that there's not a lot of relative truths. So we could say that, is it true, absolutely true, that you need to have a degree to be successful in life? Some people, to be a lawyer, you know, they have to go through those experiences. But is it true for everyone on the whole? It's not. So it's a relative experience, it's a relative truth. Um, when you get tapped into kind of operating from a spiritual foundation, you know the true nature of you, who you are. that who you are was alive before you were born and will continue living after you die. This is a transitory period you're in at this lifetime, and you can figure out why you're here, what your purpose is. Um, but as a, as a kind of planet ecosystem, as a society, you could say, or as a population as a whole— you know, this is quite advanced concepts, by the way— which is that People on Earth, for the most part, are here to transition from a— if you know the chakra system, the 3rd level to the 4th level. So the 3rd level is, um, your solar plexus, which is about confidence, self-worth, value, willpower, discipline, determination. When this is out of balance We can go into kind of insecurity, trying to get things because we feel like we're inferior. Validated love, conditional love, if this is out of balance, right? So one of the journeys for us to transition here is to obviously balance that out, realize our true nature is validated already. Everybody on Earth has the same value, even though that looks doesn't look like it is the case when we have man-made things like money and. Status and everything. But those, um, those are all there for people to go through their own lessons and growth to be able to transition to the 4th level, which is the heart-based chakra, which is unconditional love, understanding. So as we go deeper into these concepts now, love has many connotations, right? It's just one word, but consideration could be love, acknowledgement, uh, kindness, You know, being thoughtful. So love has a lot of connotations, but understanding is one of the biggest ones. Also, forgiveness could be in there as well. As a general statement, for people that are kind of stuck in level three about this whole negative sense of self of who they are, can't transition to their heart basically being unconditionally loving and having their mindset. On understanding others rather than judging others, they get stuck on judgment. They judge themselves about who they are. And so because of where they're operating from, they only see and perceive circumstances as reflecting that back. They only see the negative, and they see the worst in people. They anticipate the worst, worst-case scenarios. So they're in a state of fear a lot, which is fictitious events appearing real. That's what fear means. And so they can't transition into kind of heart-based performance, heart-based leadership, which is where they understand where people come from. Doesn't mean they're going to hang out with those people, but they can at least show compassion. And why is that important? Because wherever you're thinking about something, it's just for you to experience. It's not for them. They're going to experience how you're thinking about them by virtue of how you show up. But when that exchange between you and them is finished, you're going to go on with your day. Harboring those feelings and thoughts, they're not going to get it. So you're the one who ends up actually not benefiting from judging and not understanding people, finding ways to say, you know, you don't agree with what they're doing. I mean, you cannot agree with people, but to the point where it drags you down personally when you're not even around these people or you're not even around these situations, that's only hurting you, right? So this is what limits us when We stay in this kind of negative vibration, it limits the access we have to opportunities. So yeah, absolute truth. We're kind of shifting from a 3rd level to 4th level, becoming more unconditional, doing things, living a life that's not based on other people's validation, other people's acceptance of us. We're doing it because we accept it. We would love that to be an experience in our life, and we validate it. And it's good for us and it's good for the whole. And so whether people like it or not is not a derogative. But if people do end up liking it, great, cool. Maybe we can be friends, maybe we can collaborate together. But if not, we don't take it as something that's taken away from our worth or value. And that's the stage where most people are at here. So, you know, you could apply that to anything, right? So if you're a performer and nobody's clapping for you or nobody's supporting you, You know, if your reason for doing things is based on people validating you, then you're going to find it hard to continue in the journey and actually fulfill upon your goals. And because there's going to be times where people don't support or people don't agree, but why are you doing it? You're doing it because you love it as a lifestyle. You love it as an experience. You want this for yourself, right? So the people that get on board are the people that get on board. The people that don't are the people that don't, right? As an entrepreneur or as a businesswoman or a businessman, You're going to have ideas that just don't align with people. And if you take that misalignment from others to mean that what you're doing is not worth it, or you don't go in to refine, just keep evolving, refining your own idea, and you give too much attention to people rejecting you, you feel rejected, then again, that's going to make you doubt yourself, going to doubt your idea. So it becomes dirty. The idea becomes contaminated. Your, your experience of what you originally chose for yourself to go on gets tainted and it becomes more in how can I get approval rather than how can I do this just because I love this experience and it's good for me and it's good for a lot of people. Um, so yeah, that can be applied to so many different areas, right? So relative truth versus absolute truth. We want to honor the relative experiences we're going through. We want to challenge the validity of the limiting experiences we feel like we're going through, use them as catalysts for growth to challenge Is this actually true what I'm experiencing in terms of, in terms of is this absolutely true? Is this always going to be this way? Is this true about me, or am I buying into some sort of limitation here? And often we are buying into some sort of limitation. So if it is true that it's a limit, where does that exist? If it's not true inherently that I'm bad or I'm not accepted or I'm not loved, If that's not true, where does that exist? And the answer is exists in the mind, right? You are the awareness behind the mind. The mind is a conditional program. That's all it is. So it's obviously been conditioned to believe that you're not good enough. But if you know it's in the mind, it's not anything real, and it's made up of thoughts and words that you give attention to being real, keep perpetuating, then all you do is take your mind off it. And you refocus on what you choose to be true. You choose something to be true. I choose to be the experience of value. I choose to have the experience of love. I, I know, you know, I choose to be loved, um, by myself, to be accepted myself, right? And I am accepted. You can even keep going down further line. I am accepted. No, I am love. Um, all the things that you choose for yourself, right? These are your true nature values. So You question the validity, and then you discover that it's just in the mind because you've chosen it and focused on it. It normally comes from a memory. Something happened where we concluded this is what who I am, and this is what I'm here for, which is normally based in limitation and lie. Unless it's something inspirational, of course, and you know that's your true nature, and it benefits everyone. And then if it's if it's a lie, if it's not true, where does it exist? Exist in the mind. Okay, so. If it exists in mind, I can just change what gets put in the mind, right? Because I'm the author of my mind. I'm the one who gets to say what gets in there and what gets expressed. So then it becomes an exploration game. You now want to explore living from a new experience. I call it an unfamiliar world, or we call it unfamiliar world to you, because your mind's not familiar with these concepts about being loved, being accepted, that you can make it, that you already had made it, that you already are. Love it. Loved. You really are accepted. So that takes practice, that takes repetition, that takes programming and changing your perception, changing what you're making mean, looking out for your reactions where you used to make things mean something negative, and then rewiring that, catching yourself in the moment, writing down, journaling all the ways that you kind of typically respond to things happening and reversing it for the truth that you, you've chosen to be true, that you desire to be true. based in your true nature. And then all of a sudden, you start reprogramming your mind, you start actually changing the meaning you're giving to things, which then programs your body to respond that way as well. Changes your responses. All of a sudden, you're showing up as a new character, a new avatar that you're playing in your lifetime, which is more aligned with your true nature. Your true nature, boundless nature, the one that you can have pure choice. That's you, pure choice. And you want to be— obviously, for the most of you that are listening to this, you're probably positively orientated. You would like to experience positive things, uh, inspirational, purposeful, meaningful. You want to help yourself experience these things, or you want to serve others. And to serve others, you realize that you've got to be in quite an available state. You've got to be in quite an optimal state yourself to be able to serve others efficiently. And also, for people that you want to work with, they've got to pick up on that energy from you. Because they're looking for someone like you in that state. We're all very intuitive beings, if you believe that, if you choose to believe that. And we can pick up on people's vibes as soon as they walk through the room, as soon as they are walking down the street, you know, we are kind of attracted to these vibes, or we're kind of rejected by these vibes, right? So you can start to tap into that a little bit and experience what is that unfamiliar world I want to get familiar with. So this is a process we take people through, right? There's a system, and the system really is about natural law, universal law. There's only one law, the Law of One. I'm sure you've heard of it— unity, conscious love. And there's lots of kind of like derivatives that come with that, like the Law of Attraction. You've surely heard of the Law of Resonance, but all means kind of one thing. And so this is a system that we, we invite people in to align with, because when we align with that truth then, um, that— we get matched with that, that energy. And those energies are more kind of based in ease, inspiration, the things that we true— our true nature would like to experience. But however, we've got to honor the fact that contrast exists in our life to help us know who we truly are. If we didn't know who we— who we're not Then we wouldn't have a compass. We wouldn't know what we truly are. So light and dark, up and down, right? So contrast exists for different purposes than we've been making it mean. Not to make us mean that we're bad, things aren't going to work out. It's just to help us know which direction to go in. So while we have universal law, it doesn't mean everything's all sunshine and rainbows, which it is if you choose it to see like that. But there's going to be some human experiences along the way. That help us by helping us feel the contrast of what we're trying to achieve, to point us in the right direction. When our mind goes into negative stories, that's contrast. That's there to help you. That's almost called your adversary. Your opponent can be your mind sometimes. But when the mind goes there, if you practice this level of consciousness, you're able to go, ah, thank you for bringing that to my attention. Yeah. you might have been thinking, I don't feel worthy, I don't feel ready. You know, you could be like, ah, thank you for bringing it to my attention. You know, because you're the thing behind the mind, you're the awareness. Thank you for bringing that to my awareness. Now I know which way to go. I need to focus on feeling ready. I need to focus on feeling worthy because I wouldn't choose to live like that, not always, not feeling, you know, ready all the time, feeling like I have to do more to then feel perfect to show up. Or that I don't feel worthy, so I have to keep, you know, getting validation to feel worthy before taking an action, or I need to have approval of others, right? So that's, that's going to give away our power. So the contrast is really good for us, right? People see the contrast as a negative, but, um, everything has a negative and positive polarity. So that's our system. And then the coaching is about removing blocks. Um, by virtue of having a mind that can be influenced and the fact that our first 7 years or longer we didn't have the ability to reject ideas, then we've got a lot of ideas and concepts inside of our mind that aren't actually true. They're just from observing nature, the nature of our families, environments, our upbringing. So there's a lot of cleaning to do there, which manifests as blocks, you know, potentially blocking and trusting others. In, um, blocks in, uh, believing in ourselves, that are believing that we're capable, blocks in having unconditional love, understanding others so that we don't get caught up in our own drama of judging others, which only hurts us, um, blocks in communication, being able to speak our truth, being able to speak without needing acceptance or feeling rejected, or speaking so that we're just able to share things from a win-win situation. And then that goes into blocks into our imagination, what we're able to visualize, what we're not able to visualize, what we see is possible, what we see is not possible, right? And then that goes into blocks in terms of our intuition, how powerful we feel we are, that we feel that we have the answers to everything deep down if we can tap into our intuition, how blocked we feel from our intuition. So we've got all these blocks and, you know, you go through the whole chakra system from 1 to 8. And so coaching helps us to reveal our blind spots where we keep feeding into these things unconsciously. And the coach is there literally to give you the free will to say, hey, this is what you're believing right now. Did you know that? And we just repeat back to you what you've just said to us, and we give you an invitation. Would you like to still believe that? Would you like to act from that continuously? Would you continue on this path if you were given the choice? And if it's based in limitation, you're probably most likely going to say no. And if you don't say no, That means you're not ready to end the suffering, which is fine, and we honor that. And that's part of your process, to continue kind of limiting, limiting yourself, because you clearly— the— your mind or yourself hasn't come to the conclusion that's not enough yet. You have to potentially go through more catalysts so it's more obvious to you, or not. Um, so that's the role of the coaching, to help you to invite you to make conscious choices and remove blocks, um, and to help you basically perform and live from alignment, freedom, possibility, ease. And also understand that there are contrasts in life. That's part of the game. And using those contrasts for a positive polarity. What else? So the third part of our system is the accountability, right? So after you've gone through the system and the coaching There are obviously follow-up steps. There are actionable steps, achievable steps that are really easy, like a 3-year-old could do at your level. Whatever your level is, we're going to make it as basic as possible so that it's impossible not to achieve. And then obviously refine those steps, evolve them, because the steps that you come up with might not mean the same thing after a week or so. You might have had a new revelation. Equally, on the other side, there's going to be some contrast of what's stopping you doing those steps. And that's that contrast is helping you to see, ah, thanks for bringing that to my attention. This has been stopping me. Now I can address that. Now I can actually focus on what I really want to be doing in there instead of focusing on what's stopping me. I want to focus what's enabling me. So that's the accountability. So you've got 3 part system there. And this is all part of our mastermind that we're doing, a little community cohort of people that want to go on this journey together, which I'm leading. And there's 2 sessions a month for 90 days. It's like a 90-day habit program and they're live. I speak there. We go and do the same thing we're doing today, but with Q&A and live coaching. So you also get an opportunity to be coached one-on-one. You go through the system, accountability, follow-up summaries, but also you don't have to be present for any of the sessions because they're all recorded. So if they don't align with your time zone, you can rewatch them and apply the concepts, apply the lessons and the reflections into your own life, and also get the summary notes so you can apply them to your next steps. And yeah, really excited about this because it's, it's a journey that we do together, guiding you and giving you back kind of your sense of free will, your ability to consciously choose your life. With others and watching other people go through their own journeys. So they might share stories like I've shared about my own life today. And as I coach them out of those kind of limiting stories, as you watch live that they kind of dismantle these lies that they thought about who they were, it's going to reflect to you also. The story that they're telling is definitely going to be reflecting a story version in your life. Might not be the exact same circumstances, but the underlying story of I'm not good enough or You know, how do I prepare for this? I'm not sure I can make it. I don't have enough qualifications. Whatever the case may be, through their own reconciliation, you're going to get given the keys for your own. What's bringing it? What's coming to your attention so that you can actually start to focus on what you want instead of the opposite, right? That's the most powerful part, I think, of this, which is people being vulnerable, taking the lessons from everyone's journey, applying it to where that we feel that's right in our own life. And obviously, this is all about your own discernment, right? To take away, even from this talk, take away what aligns with you and disregard everything that doesn't align with you. That's the whole name of, uh, free will and discernment, right? Taking back your power and operating from that place. And so yeah, all the details are going to be in the chat here. If you, uh, get a copy of this, they'll be in the email. And yeah, just going to give you guys a little second. You got any questions here? I don't think we've got questions today, but I'd love to see what this aligns with you in terms of your next steps. And if you want to get in touch and be a part of the program, then it's a 90-day program, 3 months, but you get access— not really 3 months because you get access to all the recordings for 12 months. So it's like a whole year's worth of support. You're going to come back to them sort of the recordings, even after you've kind of evolved past certain phases, the recordings are going to still mean something to you from a different angle, from a different perception. And obviously there's going to be a private community group for those of you that go through, through the program. If you don't go through it, I'm, I'm glad that you might have got something from here today, and, uh, that you go on your journey and align yourself with your true self, your true nature, which I'm sure That 100% that you were doing. So I will see you guys and chat to you in the future. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.
