They're just lazy. Not entirely true. They just don't value delayed gratification like the older generations do. What the heck is delayed gratification? I want instant gratification. When I want something, I want it now. Haven't you ever heard the phrase easy come, easy go? Or if something's worth it, it won't be easy. And if something's easy, it won't be worth it. Yeah, so what? How can I have delayed gratification? And why would I want that anyways? Delayed gratification is disciplining yourself in the short term so that you can reap greater rewards in the future. But is this a prerequisite for success?
