If you are deciding between two job offers right now, this video is for you. I'm going to tell you how to do it so that you do not have any regrets later on. First of all, what you need to do is decide the three most important things to you. Maybe it's pay, maybe it's work life balance. Maybe it's leaving a toxic situation and having zero stress. Whatever it is, make a list of the top three to five things that are most important to you in a job. Next, rank each job offer or each interview process or each job interview experience against those criteria. And be honest. Be objective. Remember, leave emotion out of this. If that little exercise right there does not tell you exactly which job you should pick, there's something else you can do. I want you to turn your red flag detectors on. Try to think back to the interview process for both of these jobs. Were there any little red flags that you noticed? But maybe you brushed to the side or you decided, I'm just going to ignore that. Those red flags will be way worse when you take that job. Choose wisely.
