Oh, my God. You guys are starting to do group interviews now. If you thought interviewing was already awkward enough, you're in for a real treat here. I'm starting to hear of multiple companies who are inviting all of the people who have applied for a job that they want to interview to their company, and they do a group interview with all the candidates at the same time. Do you know how stressful that would be? Why would a company do this? If you've ever been victim of this, let me know. So weird.
