So I was the consultant for this company, same company, originally a consultant, full time. I told him, I'm still looking for a full time job, and you know, I'd love to work here full time if you'd like to extend my contract when it's over. I worked there. I kept job searching elsewhere because I wanted a full time role. And at this company, it wasn't guaranteed that the consulting gig would turn into full time. So I kept job searching and eventually I got a job offer as a sales rep for a medical device company in Santa Cruz. And I told the startup, hey, I got a job offer, putting in my two weeks notice, thanks for everything you've taught me here. And they said, well, we like the work you've been doing here, so we'd like to offer you full time. I thought that was a real coincidence.
