You just start your first corporate job and you're hating your life. You're not alone. I see videos like this all day long where people are crying in bed and they're like, how am I supposed to do this for four more decades before I retire? This is soul crushing. And you're right, it is. I saw a video of a girl who said she has a two hour commute, works 10 hour days and gets home and she's so tired and it's so late that she doesn't have time to cook or hang out with friends or do any hobbies. In my humble opinion, that is not living. But what can you do? The first thing I recommend is meal prepping. Actually cook all your food for the week on Sunday so you don't have to bother yourself with dishes and cooking every night. Another thing that helped me when I was in that situation was I worked out at lunch and showered at the company that I worked at. I also used my days off as soon as I got them on my PTO balance. I did not wait for them to accumulate. Let me know if this is useful for you and if you are in a soul crushing job right now.
