If you want to get promoted, stop working so hard. I know this sounds counterintuitive, but people don't get promoted for how hard they work. Think about it. If you're doing a really good job in your current role, why would your manager want to change anything? They're loving what you're doing. The first step if you do want to get promoted is make your boss aware that you want a promotion. Then look at a random job description for the title that you want and start acting like that. This will tip the scales in your favor when promotion season comes around.
