Tailoring is crucial for successful job searching

There are three main ways that you can tailor your resume to the job description. And by the way, as a job seeker, if you're not doing this, what are you doing? Number one, you can print out the job description in your resume, get your trusty little yellow highlighter, highlight keywords that are the same, highlight keywords on the job description that should go on your resume and add them manually. That would take forever though, right? Second way you're going to use ChatGPT, you can enter in your resume in the job description and ask it to come up with a bullet pointed list of what you could add to your resume from the job description so that they're a more close match. But that also would take forever. Right now they have job search AI Co pilots. These are tools where you can enter in your resume in the job description and they automatically add keywords that you have those skills for to your resume.
