If you run an E. Commerce team and you want to immediately improve your Amazon data practice, something that you can do today is talk to the people who use your data and reports the outputs of your practice and ask them, what are all the things that we are failing to help you do? I think that this is super important because it helps expose the dogs not barking, so to speak, of what are the key questions that your stakeholders are trying to answer with the data and how are they succeeding or failing at doing at that today? And this is so much more important than asking them about a specific KPI or whether a report is usable or not, or any of these abstract sort of questions, because it ultimately drills directly down to what are the specific things blocking you from accomplishing what you need to accomplish with data, what's keeping you from answering the business questions that are really important to you and keeping you up at night.
