Andrew Hamada's agency focuses only on Amazon data because the founders worked there and understand the systems that produce it. That expertise lets them quickly diagnose problems and deliver higher quality work. Clients actually prefer they stay Amazon-focused rather than expand.

Friends often ask us when we're going to stop focusing on Amazon and branch out to other platforms like providing data for Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Shopify, Instacart et cetera. What we find is that our clients and our future prospects both want us to stay focused on Amazon. One is that my co founders and myself are all former Amazon and that means that we're not just operating in a vacuum and just building data pipelines without any context. We understand Amazon data much more deeply than anybody who has work there. Not only from working with the data directly but working with the systems upstream of Amazon vendors and seller central that are actually producing the data. And so when things go wrong that means that we're able to shortcut from the Hundred or 200 possible things that might have gone wrong to what are the top five and research those really quickly. Our clients appreciate that that helps us provide higher data quality and when Amazon inevitably breaks something it means that we can fix it much faster.
