Haha! Drew 2 time. Bet you weren't expecting this one. So, I'm crawling under a house. Would you ever crawl under a house for a deal? Yeah, me either. It's just totally annoying and dirty and cramped and all this good stuff. It's not worth it. And here I am crawling under a house. So, every time I do this, I feel a little bit like John McCain in Die Hard. Come on out to the coast, have a few laughs. Yeah, that's exactly what real estate does. So today I'm insulating some water lines. Let me show you these water lines. So they need to have some insulation on it. At some spots they do, but this was part of the home inspection. My insulation right here to put on it and my trusty light, which can magnetize and it helps out a little bit. So maybe I've done this once or twice. Anywho, the things we do for a deal. Hope you enjoyed today's Drew 2. I gotta get back to work. Talk to you soon.
