Hey now! A very special Drew Two today because today is my birthday. So yay! Happy birthday to me, 49. It feels really weird. I'm not supposed to be 49. That's like my dad's age, but he's 80. He's not supposed to be 80 either. So anyway, thanks for all the birthday messages and posts. Really do appreciate it. I want to invite everybody to my birthday party this. Thursday at Cigars International in Fort Worth, and you get a birthday present from me. Everybody who comes in, you get a birthday present, one cigar on Andrew, so you can hang out, talk about real estate, finances, you know, the normal things that Drew Two talks about. If you're a veteran, there'll be tons of us there. Barbecue friendly, of course. So hang out if you can. If you can't, no big deal. But just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking about you and would love to see you on my birthday this Thursday. Hey, thanks for watching today's Drew Two. I'm Andrew Postell. We'll talk with you soon.
