Hey now, Drew Two Time. I'm at the flip house and check this out. Flooring is installed. We are that much closer. And yes, we do vinyl plank in the common areas and then carpet in the bedrooms. It does help with sound. There's a difference in how quiet the bedrooms are. People seem to be okay with having carpet in the bedrooms. So I'm still not showing anybody the house. I've got paint and messiness all throughout. So So I'm still being sensitive of who I show it to, still blue tape up, monitoring as we go. No appliances either because the next thing for us to do is to put up some blinds. I like the 1-inch blinds— excuse me, the 2-inch blinds that you can get at Home Depot or Lowe's. You can get them very cost-effectively. I like those much better than the mini blinds. They look better and they seem to add a little bit more security to them as well. Harder for people to see in the home. And this is our last bedroom that we've got carpet in. Yeah, you can tell the difference in the sound. All right, hey, gotta get back to it.
