Hey now, Drew 2 time. Let's talk about some plumbing today. So today I've got a blockage in a sewer line on one of my properties. Now on this property, I've got cleanouts. I've even installed the spring-loaded cleanouts. The spring-loaded cleanouts, if there's a blockage, the water will come out of this rather than coming out in the house. So if you have an older home, having a spring-loaded cover on your cleanout is a good idea. However, this cleanout routes away from the home. I don't know why they did it that way. I even got a second cleanout further in the backyard, also routes away from the home. So whoever installed these cleanouts didn't do us any favors. So what happens when your cleanout is away from your home? Well, there's only a few options for your plumber to Take a look at. Let me show you what we're having to do here.
