Heyo, this is Andrew Postell. Ready for another Drew 2? I'm a year older. It's been a great year. Last week was a great week too. Lots of good parties, good times. But now back to work. We got to get with it. I have one last party to invite you to. I say party. It's always a party though. It's a real estate group. Tonight we're having a meeting. Tonight? Yeah, tonight. in Grapevine at the Grapevine Convention Center. I'll put the link in the comments below or to the side. You can choose it. We hope to see you there. If you missed this one, don't worry about it. I want you to be plugged into the groups that I go to though. I go to groups that are easygoing, easy to learn from, friendly people, ones where we're not competing against each other, you know, where we share information openly. Those are the kind of real estate groups I want you to be a part of, and those are the kind of groups that I sponsor and attend as well. There should be some that are close by, even other places like biggerpockets.com or facebook.com. You should have lots of real estate groups or networking or pages that you can join, share ideas, get ideas. All sorts of things happen at these real estate groups. Now, there's a few that might sell you on some things, and that's your call if you want to buy anything or not. But for the most part, we feel like we're in this together. This is not a very large community, although it should be bigger. Not everybody does it though. So the small amount of people that are in it, we're usually out there looking for each other.
