Hey now, Drew 2 Time. I'm in my new office at my new company, but I thought I would do something very special here today with everybody watching. We do 2 minutes or less about financing, housing, investing, and I want to show you something that I got mailed to me. I haven't even opened it yet, so let's see what— if it's got exactly what I was hoping for. So if you're a real estate agent, you might be really concerned about some things going on with AI, and if you're in sales or anything tech-related. There's a lot of changes going on, but I wanted to show you one of the things that we used in 1971. So this is an actual book, an MLS book, of all the listings that were on the MLS. And you can see there's some people who wrote some things on this, and every page of this is the houses that were put on the market. The only way that you could see if a house was good for your client Is if you had this book and you opened it up and you saw each listing. Isn't this crazy? But this is how it used to be. 1971. How much has technology changed since then? Real estate agents are still needed. I might even say now more than ever. Don't be concerned about how technology changes things. Be valuable. Same thing with loan officers, right? You can go on the internet and get a mortgage, but I find myself getting more and more value to each one of my clients. So today's Drew Two, yeah, we're talking about housing, but it's more about tech and adjusting. You can absolutely be positive even in a changing environment.
