Hey now, Drew 2 time. Today I'm trimming up some plants. Yeah, pruning. This is the house that I used to live in. Here's the back of it. You know, we've got it painted on the inside, the flooring's all done. It's under contract, so why am I out here working on the house still? Mainly because I don't want to count on the property closing until it's closed. If you've been in real estate very long, you know there's tons of things that can happen. Financing, inspections. I mean, the world economy, who knows? So we're still going to maintain the property, at least in a reasonable way, in case somebody else needs to come out, look at it again. The house is good in this condition. I'm just working on the outside stuff that I normally do that doesn't give any intrinsic value to it. So there's no reason for me to pay somebody. I just come out and do it myself type of thing. So don't count your chickens before they hatch. Don't count on your property being closed. Until you are funded. Hey, hope this makes sense.
