Heyo, Andrew Postell here. Hey, I'm at one of my houses working on some projects. Let me share with you some things that we're doing here. So, got my trusty sledgehammer and breaking up concrete. Got a whole stack of it over there, mainly because where they had concrete here, they didn't level the ground before they poured it. This is the previous owner, and it was slanting towards the home. Which trapped the water, which is not what we want, especially in Texas. We've got to protect that foundation. So breaking up concrete and moving it, I don't need a skilled laborer to do that. That's something I can do. I'm glad I'm in the area to do such a thing. Now on the inside of the house, we've got new flooring in. Don't worry, I know it's dusty. We'll get that all cleaned up. If you can see our bathroom in the back there, it still needs some work, but this is part of the progress. Remember what we do in the garage? Yep, same thing as always. We keep our trash in there so we don't have a huge container out on the street attracting attention. Here's our kitchen. We got the doors off, we're painting the cabinets, we resurfaced the countertop. But here's something that we decided to do with this home. So the washer and dryer connection was here, and it still is, but it was just open. So what we did was we enclosed it To keep it a little bit better. Now this will be a stackable unit. That's what they had here before, so we kept it in place to save money, but we gave them a little access panel here because when you have your stackable washer and dryer in here, you might need to reach behind it and get to it, right? So we got to plan ahead, think of what our tenants need. Now in the backyard, what have we got back here? Let me show you if I can get this door open. We got— Ah! More concrete that slants towards the home. I've got a lot of work to do. Hey, hope you enjoyed this DrewTube. It's a nice spring day in Texas. We'll talk to you soon.
