In this YouTube video, the presenter (Speaker A) demonstrates an AI-driven workflow for quickly creating user‑generated content (UGC) videos from a single reference image. By supplying a concise one‑sentence prompt (e.g., “create a UGC video using this image”) the system generates multiple short video variations—typically eight seconds each—and can produce a set of ten such clips. These clips can be stitched together with standard editing tools to form longer ads of 15, 30, or 60 seconds, allowing agencies to scale video production without manual editing. The speaker emphasizes the practical business value, offering to share the method with agencies that want to leverage AI for rapid content creation. The remainder of the transcript consists of unrelated, off‑topic chat about credit‑card approvals, credit‑bureau error removal, and spam‑like remarks, which do not contribute to the instructional content.

Alright guys, so as you guys know, I'm crazy about AI. I use AI every single day in my business and I've been doing a lot of AI work as an agency for myself and for my clients. So I want to share something I've built for my own use case as well as for my clients, and I want to share with you kind of how it works. So basically it starts with a reference image like the one you see on my screen, and then what we basically do is I just give it a one-sentence prompt that basically says, you know, create a UGC video using this image and I want you to create, you know, 10 variations of it. And so basically what it does is it feeds it through my system and then the output is what you're about to see. So this is just an example, mind you, you can get better at this. Ideally, you're going to want to make a video that is going to be, you know, from start to finish, 8 seconds so that way it can, you know, get to the point, or unless you're gonna create some type of sequence where you're essentially breaking down each 8-second segment into a separate scene. And so then you can just combine all the scenes together using an editing tool, and then you have a fuller, more developed production, whether you wanna make it 15 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute long, whatever it is. You can always just connect basically multiple videos next to each other. So let me go ahead and show you guys how this— what kind of videos this thing can create. And if you're interested in learning how we do this and how I help agencies scale with AI, just feel free to reach out and I'll send you some info.
Man, I couldn't even get approved for like a $500 credit card. My score was trash. Then I found out the credit bureaus have to remove errors if you send the right letter. I tried it!
