Zero Experience? Here's What I'd Start Today

Listen up, you can easily be making an extra $3,000, $5,000, or $10,000 a month helping businesses do this one thing. Now hear me out. What you need to do is you need to go on Google Maps and search through your local area in your city and find businesses on Google who don't have a website. Once you find a business that doesn't have a website, what you're looking for is a business who doesn't have a website but has good reviews. Not just good reviews, but enough reviews to make sense of reaching out to them. Because if they don't have a lot of reviews, they probably don't find it a priority to get reviews. So you want to find a business who knows reviews are important and also doesn't have a website. That's the key. You also don't want to find a business already top 3 because they're going to tell you they've already gotten it handled. Then what you're going to do is you're going to grab their Google listing and take a screenshot of it as well as copy the link and use any AI tool that you prefer to build them a website. So once you create an account inside the AI platform, what you're gonna do is you're gonna take that screenshot that you grabbed as well as the link that you found, and you're gonna go inside of the AI studio and build out a website. Now use this exact prompt inside of the AI studio. You are a local SEO expert who is a professional at ranking websites locally for the local services in the city and neighborhoods for this business. Here is the business Google profile with all their information and images, as well as here is a screenshot of their Google Business Profile. So you have references of which business that we're talking about. Now, once you go ahead and enter that, you're going to hit enter and you're going to literally sit back and wait. Within literally 3 to 5 minutes, the entire website will be fully, completely built. So now that you have the website built, you're going to have a preview URL. You're going to take that preview URL and you can decide whether you want to make it into a branded URL or if you want to just keep it as a preview. I personally like to brand my links so it looks super professional when I send over the website preview to the business owner. Now what you're going to do is you're going to go back to that Google Business Profile and you're going to find either that person's contact information or their social media profiles, and you're going to send them this Hey business owner, I found your business on Google Maps and I saw you guys have great reviews, meaning you guys are doing a great job, but don't have a website yet. I actually built you a website with all the information that you have on your profile, and I was just reaching out to see where I can send that to. Now you could do this in the form of a phone call. You can even try doing this with an email and then following up with a phone call, or you can even try to just find them on social media and send them a DM through your personal profile. Now here's a little hack. You can actually find the businesses before you build the website and send them this message, and only when they respond is when you'll go ahead and build them the actual website itself. That way you're not gonna waste a lot of time building websites and sending it to businesses who don't really care. Now don't get me wrong, you'll get some businesses who respond positively and some that won't respond at all and some that just won't care. The ones that don't respond at all and the ones that just don't care, it's fine, just let them go. There are literally hundreds of thousands of businesses in your state right now that don't have a website that would love for you to reach out to them and present them the website that you built. Now, once finally someone responds that they're interested in sending them the website, then you're gonna send them the preview link and you're gonna mention to them, hey, this is just a preview site, it's not exactly personalized all the way because I wouldn't know exactly what changes to make until I shared it with you. With that being said, the preview will be available for the next 7 days. In between that, you could just take a look at it, click through it, and mess around with it and see what you like and what you don't like. If you decide you want to move forward with it, you just let me know what changes you would like to make, then I'll go ahead and publish it live with the changes that you've decided that you want. And then we'll go ahead and put it on your domain so you can add it to your listing, your social media, and also your business cards. Now the beauty of this is that the Business owner can send you images, they can send you all types of stuff that they want, and you can literally just paste it right into the AI chat and it'll incorporate that right into their website. Now this is the best part. So because the website is already fully built, you can tell the client, hey client, this website right here is already built. And so with that being said, I'm not going to charge you normally what I would charge for a custom-built website because I've already built it for you. With that being said, if you're interested in moving forward, I would give you the website for a special deal as long as you provide me a testimonial of your experience and the output of your result. Now the whole point of this is so you can build up your case studies, so you can prove to people that you know what you're doing, and then you have an inventory of websites that you could send to the next business owner, um, as examples of what is possible. Or you could just send them a personalized website, and then when you've built it, you can then send them examples of other ones that you've built so they can get ideas of what changes that they want to make. Now, obviously, the more websites that you build, the better you're going to be at pitching it, building it, and even just delivering it. But the first one is always going to be the hardest, but I promise you it is not difficult at all.
