Jared Schoonmaker integrated AI across his Ice Smash franchise and scalp-micropigmentation company, hitting 40% revenue growth and 62% expense cuts. He built AI avatars for 24-hour chat support and launched a consulting side business making $4,800 monthly. The key: learning end-to-end workflows that connect LLMs, agents, and GoHighLevel instead of relying on ChatGPT alone.

On this call, I'm interviewing one of my clients. His name is Jared, and I would love to share with you guys kind of what we've been working on inside of our program. And I want you to hear it from him himself so he can share with you better than I can all the things that he's learning. So Jared, I appreciate you for jumping on here, my friend.
Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Like I said, my name is Jared Schoonmaker. I live in a couple different places. I have a company up here in Syracuse, New York. I have a company in Raleigh, North Carolina, and my fiancée lives in South Carolina. So, I'm kind of up and down the East Coast. I've known Angel. I don't even know for how long I've known you. Probably, what, 15 years?
Long time. Yeah, man. We've gone through many different ventures.
He originally did a lot of my own marketing for me. And then, he went his way, I went my way, and we reconnected probably about a year ago. And I got into this program. So, very excited about it.
Love it. And so, to everyone watching who doesn't know you, tell me a little bit about your business and your role right now.
Yeah. So, I have a couple different businesses. The main one is I'm a franchisor for Ice Smash USA. I'm a partner and I'm a franchisee in Ice Smash Syracuse located here in Syracuse, New York. And I have a second company called Scalp Aesthetics. It's basically a scalp micropigmentation hair loss company. Probably my main niche is men. So, this whole AI consulting thing with Angel about a year ago, and the main reason why I got into it, I'm going to say this very early in This podcast is I never meant to actually start a business doing AI. I just wanted to understand it for myself first and then implement what I've learned in my own companies. And I essentially have done that, especially with my hair loss company. It's pretty much automated other than the fact that I got to pick up the phone and actually talk to somebody who wants to talk to me. But I wanted to kind of figure all this out and understand the platforms best. And then with Angel in the background, if I mess up, he's right there. But it's literally just given me the confidence to actually say, well, I can't really nuke the world doing this. And that's what I felt like. I felt like I was going to screw this whole thing up. But as you get into these tools, Angel just gave me the confidence to realize, just go do it and then figure it out. And so, a year later, about 3 months ago, I actually kind of hung my shingle and I started working with some other businesses offering what I know to help their businesses. But that was never the intention. The intention was really just understanding this and implementing it first in my businesses.
Awesome. And for those listening, you know, you were having— you had multiple companies and so, you were already a busy individual as it is, but then you have AI. What was going on in your businesses before we started working together that kind of made you look into AI as a means of or a vehicle of solutions for your businesses? Like—
Yeah. So, when Angel came about a year ago, I was going through, in my hair loss company specifically, I was going through a massive change. I literally fired everybody, my marketing agency, The guys who are running my Google Ads, even my CRM, which is called GoHighLevel for those who don't know. I didn't even know how to use it. And so I said, you know what? I can figure this out myself. I don't need to be hiring all these people. And I kind of stripped everything back and I started with the system or the platform, GoHighLevel. Before I even reached out or Angel and I talked, I started figuring that out first, but I was all over the place. I was calling this firm, why are these Google Ads tanking? I was calling another company who was running my blog posts and they send you this cute little, here's what we did. And I'm like, you did just this for this amount of money? You ran 3 blog posts? There's got to be a better way. So, I was looking into AI and at that time there was ChatGPT, Gemini, there's all these different places or all these different LLMs and I didn't know what the F, what I was looking at. And so, I wanted to create a better understanding of my, for myself, like how these things work and then start implementing them to actually replace Firms and people that were doing the work or saying they were doing the work but never did. So, that was the biggest thing. It's not so much cut out humans. I'm not big into that, but I am big into efficiency. If I can collapse time and collapse what I'm doing and do the work of, say, 3 or 4 people that I have to pay in a day, which I've done today, I've done All my emails for two months. I've done all my socials for two months. I've optimized my Google ads, my Facebook ads, which I do weekly. But I did all that, and it's three o'clock Eastern time. I've done that just today, and I worked on my fiancée's website and optimized her page and put in five more blog articles. I wanted to learn it. Not be a perf— an expert at it, but at least understand it so that when I started implementing these things, I was able to learn through Angel the different LLMs and stuff and the different tools to actually help me do that. So the biggest thing is just I like to keep things as close as possible. And with this program, I was able to literally bring in everything we just discussed I run my own Google Ads better than my old agency. My Facebook, my social contact, my emails, my SEO, my blogs, everything is just run right here on my laptop. I can tell it what to do, what not to do, change this, change that in record time. And that was the biggest thing for me. I just, I'm a control freak. I just have to have that control. Yeah.
Absolutely. And just to clarify, you know, inside the program, we're not just showing you how to use ChatGPT. You know, most people only use ChatGPT, but we show you how to connect the dots between ChatGPT, where that gets used. It's all about how you use it, the strategy, right? Because anyone can use ChatGPT, but most people I know that use it, use it where they just create AI slop, like I like to call it.
Yeah.
Where it's like completely obvious that you'd put absolutely zero effort of your brain towards that. whatever that was. So, I would love to learn from you directly, like, what made you decide to work with us?
Well, for you, it was really easy. I've worked with you in other programs and other— you know, you helped me with my marketing years ago. So, there's already a trust factor. And the other part is when you post your stuff online, it's usually you You're always giving value before you're asking for an offer. And I like to work with people who, they'll tell you how to do it, like you will. So I figured, huh, if he's giving me the keys to the kingdom, but I don't know how to do it, I might as well just pay him to actually show me how to use the keys to the kingdom instead of figuring it out on my own. And so for you, I've always trusted you. I've always liked you. We have the same temperament. So it's very easy to say yes. to a program like this. And you don't— you tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. And I need to hear that a lot. I have a lot of people telling me yes. I need people to say, no, dummy, this is how you do it. And that's what I love about you. You won't pull any punches. You'll just say, this is what you do. If you don't want to do it, that's fine, but it's not going to work.
That's what I love. And so, you know, from everything that we've done and everything we include, you know, what's been your experience so far compared to other things you've done in the past? Like, because there's a lot of things out there that you could join, but, you know, a lot of times it's kind of, you know, in my scenario, it's called noise, right? It's just fluff, right? It's a bunch of stuff that won't really generate a specific result or, you know, a tangible outcome. And so for you, what's been that experience? Being able to, inside the program, even in a day, go from having nothing to an output, like let's say an AI clone, for example, or, you know, avatar videos that you're making for, you know, your companies and things. 'Cause there's a lot of things that you've done from, you know, from the start where you, you're just pumping, pumping, pumping. So talk to me about that experience compared to other things. And for someone who may not have a business possibly and may wanna just look into doing AI, As a side income or something like that, you know, what would you tell that person?
So, the first part, for me, there's a ton of tools out there that you can buy to do a specific task. I mean, if you want to run social media, there's AI social media, blah, blah, blah. It doesn't actually show you what the backend is, what they're using, how they're prompting it. And you're paying. So, as soon as you're done, or with that service, that service stops. And I didn't really like that because if you are watching this and you, and you're new to AI, just open up Facebook, open up Reddit. There's a new system every single day. Somebody's saying, oh my God, this thing is the best. That thing is the best. And it's all noise. The truth is it's all good, but which one can you use effectively? And the thing I like about Angel is there's so many new tools out there, but he's like, these are the basics. From here, you'll actually know what that background tool is and just go to that source. It's cheaper. You can literally go to— for the wholesale side, which you'll learn in this course, and generate massive amounts of content for pennies on the dollar, where you can go on the front end, buy this thing, and you're paying $200, $300, $400 more a month. And so that's some of the stuff I learned. For somebody who doesn't have a business, I mean, look at AI is not going anywhere. And I talk to a lot of people who are just graduating with Would I say dumb, dumb degrees or degrees? I just talked to a lady, a little side topic, but it's not. She just got a marketing degree and she can't find a job. I'm like, well, what did they teach you? And she—
What kind of marketing?
She doesn't know anything about AI. They did not talk about AI at all in 4 years. So, the writing's on the wall. If you're young, if you're getting downsized, if you're getting right-sized, I mean, you got to learn this. Because the people who learn it and understand it and apply it, they're going to be the ones who are making— look, I don't care if you want to make $1 million a year, but if you want to make a living for your family, you got to figure out a way of the skills that you know and merge it with AI. And then you can come up with a company or a niche specifically for you and for your clients or your people, and you can make a great living doing it. And that's what I've been doing. Using what Angel has taught me and other things that I went out and learned. And every single ad, I pretty much know what the background is. I'm like, yeah, this is a lot like X. So this is a lot like Y. So why don't I just go to those platforms and figure this out? So like I said, if you're new or recently are threatened by AI coming after your job, AKA all you white-collar workers out there, It's coming. It's coming big time. You need to learn this and you're not too old. I'm 51. I got— I paid for this program at 50. And my daughter, my kids are like, Dad, like, you know way more about this than any of us. And I'm here building apps. I'm building all these things. And they're like, what the hell? So you're not too old. If you think you're too old to learn this, I'm a dumb dumb, guys. I'm smart in a certain way, but the way Angel breaks this stuff down, even a thickhead like me says, oh, I get it. And then you just run with it. So hopefully I answered those different questions. Hope I did it justice enough. But for me, the biggest thing is being at my age and learning this new skill. I feel unstoppable. I really do. I feel like I have 20, 30 years left of what I know now compared to what's going to be in 2 or 3 years. I'm far ahead of probably 90%, 95% of the population right now, easily.
What would you say to someone who's possibly considering— because you're doing a lot, so naturally you're a busy individual, right? Can a busy individual learn this?
Absolutely.
On a part-time basis, work in this program and still accomplish what you've been able to do and get this result that you're talking about, that outcome feeling of like absolute superpower, which is exactly how I feel, which is exactly the reason this program exists is so you can feel the same way I feel, right? What would you tell that person who feels like they don't have time to learn this stuff and here they are watching You know, all these different things. They have time to scroll through cat videos, but—
Yep. They got time to sit on their butt and not go to the gym. Listen, guys.
That's a different topic.
No, but it's not. It's like when I always hear people say, I don't have time for X that will benefit you. That, look, as you get older, you have to engage your mind because you might be in a job for 20, 30 years. You might know everything about your job. You could be a lawyer. You could be— I don't care who's watching this. You know your skillset, but you gotta challenge it. And AI will challenge that skillset because once you realize that the dumbest AI model is smarter than you'll ever be, it's humbling. It really is humbling for me. So, if you work like me, 60, 70, 80 hours a week, I still find time to come in here. And learn this stuff. And here's the key: the stuff that I'm prompting my agents to do now—it takes it off of me. It just goes, okay, you need twenty emails, no problem, and it's done. And then I can go through and edit them, make them look good. So I reject the idea somebody says I don't have time for X. I don't have time to learn something. I don't have time to go to the gym. You have time. You just have to get rid of something else and replace it with this. It's that simple.
Priorities. Priorities.
That's all it is.
You know, you ain't got time, it's because you're prioritizing the wrong things, you know. And so I absolutely agree with you on that. I just— I don't— people, if I, if I say it, they won't believe me. But if you say it, that's a whole different ballgame, you know what I'm saying? I try to preach it all the time, but it's like I know what it requires. It's the other person on the other end who thinks it's just, you know, things are just going to fall in their lap and it just, you know, happens. It just doesn't work that way. Let me ask you this. Since you be— you know, since the start, I mean, you've done so many different things that it's almost too much to talk about in one single conversation, but what kind of results have you been able to see? Think revenue, meetings booked, leads, efficiency, time saved, like What does that look like from all the things you've learned?
Yeah. So, I guess on the revenue side, it's 2 parts. It's not so much revenue because I'm not actively going out for my new company that I'm just forming, but it's what you're saving goes right to the bottom line. So, I'm no longer paying $2,500 to run Google Ads Manager. I'm no longer paying $1,300 for a Facebook ads manager. All of that goes to the bottom line, which actually allows me to put more money into ads. So I look at it in 2 different ways. What I'm not paying out externally, I can keep in-house and use that money for other things. Now I will say specifically for my hair loss company from 2005, or let's start with 2006 to now, I'm up roughly 40%. My expenses are down 62% 'cause I'm not paying all of these agencies. So, and I'm doing this as a one-person operation. You know, I don't have other people doing what I do. On the franchise side, I was able to implement AI into our website, Put a chat widget in there, after-hours, 24-hour support on the phone. All of that has resulted in bookings that I would have never gotten without those. I can't quantify how much that is, but I am up since I've put these systems in on just my location in Syracuse. I'm up 27%. And on a brick-and-mortar building, Retail up 27% a year is unheard of, but I have the receipts and I can prove them. On the new company that I formed, I only have 5 clients, but they are producing me roughly around $4,800 a month on stuff that I learned in this program. So what I learned, I can't— yeah, you pay for it, but who cares about that? The amount of money that you can generate off of what you learned, you can 10x that probably in a year. But because I'm so busy, I have to focus on my other companies. If you were just starting this and you had no other companies, man, you— and you just apply the things that you learn and how Angel teaches them, you could replace your income very quickly. I, I'm 100% confident on that.
And on top of that, I think too, another, you know, it's understanding that once you implement it for one location or for one business, Yeah. now you have the skillset to do it for all of your locations. And I mean, your franchise alone, you don't have to get into the numbers, but it's a fairly large franchise and you just take the things you did in one, apply it to all locations. Now that's a multiple that, you know, I mean, you're just, Right off the top line, you're not needing, let's say, just a receptionist to answer their phones, as an example, which can cost easily $1,000 on a low end a month, right? That's like a shitty job, but—
Yeah.
You know what I mean, you know? So it's, it's the quantifiable, you know, cost savings, but also efficiency allowing you to do your work faster. And what people aren't realizing is now you can apply what you know to any business under the sun. Like any business, like an industrial mechanical engineer who one job is worth $100K. You put an automation in the back end of that to pick up their dropped calls that they're missing naturally. Now, you know, one closed deal a month more for that business can easily justify a $5K a month deal for you a month.
Right.
And it's like, these are the things that we're doing inside. There's so many different ways to apply it. It's just really like, What problems do you want to solve first? I think that's the number one thing. And then what's going to create the most leverage is what you should focus on and then start to pretty much automate, delegate other things as you focus on the biggest lever pulls first, right? Like lead gen, how to get predictable meetings on the calendar, how to make sure they don't fall through the cracks when they do come in, how to get them into a booked appointment on autopilot without humans. Like, all these things are the first domino, and then you look into like all these different things, and it's like there's so much that it could be applied to while so many people are still stuck in ChatGPT.
Yeah, you said a lot. You said a lot there, and I think that's one of the other reasons, or the biggest reason why you and I connected again, is people are AI overwhelmed. They don't even know where to start. And so if you are, say, a business owner reaching out and offering AI, you're going to get so many nos because they don't even know where to begin. They're like, oh my God, I know I need this. So it's best that you understand it so that you can better apply it and help educate people on why they need this for their company. And so it is a slow process. I know you see a lot of crap on YouTube and all this where Oh, this guy's making $500,000 a month. Yeah, people do. But for the average person, you just want some confidence in what's going on in this world. And AI is dominating everything. As long as at this point, once it's able to move atoms, most jobs are not even going to exist. Now, we're years off the trades. You're years off of that.
Mm-hmm.
But the white-collar people, the ones who were promised to get a good education, You're going to be set for life. Man, if you're watching this and this is resonating with you, you're not. You might not even have a job right now or your job is numbered. So, you're already smart. You've already gone to college. You've already done stuff. You might as well just take that brain of yours and reapply it to this and then go back into the workforce with this new skillset. That's what I did. I'm not going to be running these companies that I have. For long, I'm going to exit out of them and I'm only going to focus on AI. But for right now, I— that time factor that you talked about, Angel, you don't have to— like, if you work 80 hours a week, if you can dedicate even an hour a day to learning this, no one says you have to learn this overnight. Because I'm learning, Angel's learning every single day. Everything's rapid. Everything is happening at record paces. You can't possibly learn it all, but you can learn the basics. And that's the best part of this program. You strip down to the basics and then you can understand all these advancements. You're like, oh, okay, I get this. That's what you need. You need the basics first. And that's what this program 1,000% will do.
I would love to hear, you know, your biggest aha moment when seeing like what a real AI automation outcome looks like. 'Cause I remember the first time, you created your first video, you were, you were like, holy smokes, this is crazy.
Yeah.
And since then you've learned a billion other things, but like that right there was like a huge pivotal moment because not only did you use it for your own, but you were like, you had 1,000 ideas and you started pumping faster than I could even ask you about. And it was like, dude, what, what is happening? And you were like, yeah, man, this is going. And then you were like, Talk to me about that because I think— because you can come in tomorrow into this program and execute that by the next day.
Sure.
Because it's just going in, watching the training, following the blueprint, installing it, following the directions, and hitting go on that bad boy. And on the other end, you see this thing that you were like otherwise like— you can go impress your family, your wife, your fiancée, anyone with this stuff because it's like wizardry. Talk to me about that moment for you before coming in, not knowing what was possible, like seeing that. What was that like for you? Yeah.
And that was pretty— that was probably a week or two after I jumped into this program, not knowing anything, to creating avatars for my company and for my fiancée's company. And that was the biggest moment when I said, okay, This is it, is having all of these different models, connecting them together, and then wholesale— having, having that model wholesale where you don't have to pay a monthly fee for it. You only have to pay when you use it.
Or $10 a video, right? Because that's what these guys are marking it up like insane. Or even, you know what I saw the other day? charging a retainer for like 10 videos a month, which, you know, don't get me wrong, to someone who wants to hire someone to do this, that's a great service offering.
Sure.
But for someone like me that knows the cost of 10 videos and what they're charging for, it's like, dude, your markup are like 125% the cost of the video. And it's, don't get me wrong, a great model, but on the back end I'm thinking like, you know, if only they just knew how to create it without needing this team. I mean, because That automation is a whole nother ballgame, right? That's way beyond ChatGPT. It's like, what was that like turning point for you? Like that really like gave you that feel like the confidence to also go into the market with like power too, you know?
Yeah, I was using that specific model for all my franchises, for my fiancée's companies. That's what gave me the confidence to realize, wow, This isn't as hard as I thought it was. Now, of course, there's prompting that you'll learn and there's things you have to be aware of.
Tweak.
Yeah. But for the most part, you know, your outputs in AI are always relative to the input you give it. Like, GIGO, garbage in, garbage out. So, if you're new and you're just typing in ChatGPT, create me a script. Okay. You know, it doesn't, you know, you're not detailed. You'll learn all that and In this course, how to specifically tell exactly what you want it to do, and you'll get a better result. My biggest turning point was when my fiancée started going off. She has a cleaning company, and I wanted to build her a website, and I didn't really talk to Angel about it. I was like, you know what, I'm just gonna build one. It was a crappy website in the beginning. I think I sent it to you, and you're like, ah. Yeah, it's cool. And then came Claude, and that's when I was like, oh my God, I literally gave it my website and it was like, all right, here. And it like 5,000% better. I prompted it all this. But my aha moment was as these LLMs are turning into these agents and as these agents are starting to get quicker, faster, smarter. They know who you are because you're always in there. It actually starts remembering, okay, Jared doesn't like this, I'm gonna start doing this. This is probably why I use Codex more than anything else, 'cause everything's in there. But when I started telling it to build out these landing pages, optimize them without having Angel help me, he gave me the tools and I put them into my own business. And these landing pages are just boom, They're like picking people off. That's when I knew, okay, I have something here. I have something I can offer because again, I'm using what I've known in my brain. I've, I've all my years of experience and then I'm focusing it into this, this AI or this model and it's just pumping out versions of me 10 times better. But that's what it does. So it's nothing to be scared of. It's about using your gifts that God gave you, your skillset. And telling these models what to do because they don't know what to do. They're very good at what you tell it to do, but it can't just do something for the hell of it. That's where you come in. That's where your skill set comes in. And that's how you can help with your family, feed your family if you're struggling right now. That was my aha moment where I could— I honestly told my kids, if I lost everything right now, What I know with AI, I would be fine. I would literally, I know I could pull $50,000, $60,000, $70,000, $80,000, $100,000 that next day with what I know. Not a month. I'm just saying that it's very—
Yeah. You have the skillset. You have the skillset and now you can't get— no one can take it away from you. And now you have it.
That's what I want people to understand with this program is you need skills. And you need new skills. Your old school skills are not serving you. If they were, you wouldn't be on this call. Absolutely. You need these new skills. Marry them with what you know, man, you're going to be a force to be reckoned with.
Yeah, I think it just comes down to the blind can't lead the blind, right? And something like AI is a skill set. It may not feel like it is because you could type in anything and you get an output every single time, no questions asked. But Is that output a productive output, a good output, you know, something that's actually gonna convert? Most likely not.
Right.
I'd love to ask you, what would you say to someone thinking about working with us who might be on the fence or may be thinking, oh, he's just another guru, you know, this or that?
Yeah, I mean, you know, people are trying to sell you all day long, but the thing with this program with Angel is people buy people. Now you can go to all these other gurus and you jump on a call and they give you all this stuff and then they Get into this program, and then you're done talking to that guru. It's Bob or Sarah who's now the assistant. You're gonna get Angel, especially now, because eventually when he blows the doors off this, yeah, you might have to get some people in. But for right now, if you want the guy who's been doing AI before AI was a thing, you get in here now. Literally, he was doing stuff like this. Before AI even existed in that, in that sense, like he knew what was coming and he honed in his skillset for this particular time. So if you're on the fence and you're not exactly sure, you know, who should I trust? What should I do, man? You can call me directly. Once you book a call with Angel, he'll give you my number. I'll talk to you all you want directly. But don't wait. The paralysis of analysis is the problem. Most guys in most businesses, they want to know everything. And then by the time they make a decision, it's done. Like, oh, that particular thing is completely done. So you just got to just jump in. There's one thing to make a bad decision. There's one thing about making a bad decision and making it. A good decision. That's all it is. And so that's how I thought about Angel. I was like, listen, I've known the guy. He's never screwed me over in all the businesses we've done. It's easy. But you guys don't know him. I'm telling you, this is probably one of the most honest guys I've ever met in my life. And if his program was $100 grand, I'd pay $100 grand. That's not part of this call. The point is you will make your money back. Whether it's a dollar-for-dollar trade or saving money in your own company, you're going to make your investment back. There's no way you can't.
Appreciate that. And what would you say, last words to any founder listening to this? Is there anything else that you want to add to wrap it up?
Yeah. For me, for the founders is, listen, you're hiring all these people if you're a bigger company to do these things. Wouldn't it make sense to at least know what they're doing? Because that's my problem that I had. I had all these specialists, which are great, but you should at least know what they're doing in your company and call them out on some BS. If they say, oh, this took me all night to do, and you're like, dude, this took 5 minutes because I know how to do this. To me, I would rather at least know a little bit about the understanding of everybody's role. I kind of look at it like Elon Musk. I'm not Elon Musk, but that dude knows about every single facet of every business he runs. Is he an expert in all of it? No, but he knows enough to call people out on their BS when he knows they're lying to him. And that's how I looked at it as being a founder for my companies. When my employees are lying to me, I already know. I'm like, yeah, you're funny. So, To me, that's the best part of this program is it is for people who already have something that can take that and maybe start saving money. Like, you know what, I can do this myself. I don't need to spend $5,000 a month for a chat widget with this company. Here's one thing, I just did a hair loss company. Quick story, they have a live chat widget on their website that goes to a live caller. And I said, okay, well, what's the problem? What's this hair loss company? They said, well, the problem is half the time they don't get the name or the number of the person. And when the person wants to book, all they do is— they're receptionists, they just take a message and they will call us, send us the info. If we're gone for the weekend, by the time we call Monday, that lead is cold. I said, well, how much are you paying for this one widget? $800. I put the chat widget in. This is no lie. I'll even give you guys the number. You can talk to the owner yourself. I put the widget on their website, cleaned up their website, and that thing rips 24 hours a day. As soon as somebody hits, it books them. They, they're like, oh my God. And guess what it costs them? Not $800 a month. $800 a month. I save them money by replacing their widget. So, it's just like if you're an owner looking at this and like, you know, what can I implement that I'm paying for right now that I can do? That's where you can make your money. It's what you're saving.
I'd also— I would also add one last thing, which is bringing things also in-house adds value to your company, right? It's like, we don't need third party. It's like everything's in-house. If you want to buy it, just Scale it, just add more fuel and the engine is there. The engine is in-house. It's proprietary to this company.
Yep.
And it comes only with this company. If you go over there, you're gonna go work with that company plus 10 different tools that you don't own, you don't control, and they have you by, you know, if they go out of business, now your sales process is broken. Now you need another this or another tool to do that, or you need another connection for this. And it's like, That is also the reason why I'm so passionate about what we do, because it allows us to bring more value in, whether you're offering this as a service to others or using this as a vehicle for you to bring more value to your own business. However you want to do this, it's extremely valued any way you put it.
Yeah.
Because you're no longer needing or relying on other people for your own success. And that is essentially why I'm so passionate about this, because I think more business owners are thinking about, well, how can I hire this guy or this guy to do the work? But now we live in a time where you could just, instead of hiring them, just train the engines on all of those tasks, bring it in-house, not need to hire these guys, and you now own the asset.
Yep.
With your name on it. And so that I think is extremely powerful, especially at the roundtable when we're talking about evaluations. It's like with this, you're getting this suite, this OS system, this content engine, this thing, and it's like, wow, this is a good buy right here. It comes with the whole suite. It's a business in a box. And so I just wanted to add to that because I think founders aren't thinking of that yet. But I did want to plant the seed because I need you to start thinking this way. Because like Jared said, time is money. The opportunity is waiting for nobody. And right now we're in a gold rush. Today is the best time to do this before it becomes commoditized and anyone can just do it with the blink of an eye. And now you're, you're stuck working for someone like me or Jared, right?
Yeah.
Because it's like there's gonna already be enough of us. Leading the way where now we just need employees to help us grow. It's like, it just, it, it is the name of the game, man. It's just, it's just the how it's gonna run. So, Yep. Jared, appreciate you for jumping on here today. Thank you so much for sharing your story. And I think there's a lot of value to be shared with your experience and how, you know, busy you are as a, as a human being on this planet. But at the same time, I feel like you said, priorities is the number one thing. And if your priorities are outta whack, if you're not making the money that you wanna make, it's cuz your priorities are completely outta line. And you need to focus on the thing that's going to create most leverage, like working out, learning AI, so you could either save money over there or save yourself from a wheelchair in 30 years. I'm saying either way, either way, right? I'm passionate about both topics, which is also why me and Jared align because fitness is a huge part of our life and it's what allows us to keep pushing and keep inspiring and keep pumping energy into these businesses who need us. So, Jared, thank you so much, man, and appreciate you and everything you do, man.
Yes, sir. Appreciate you. Talk soon, brother.
