40% Increase in Sales Within Just Four Months

So I'm so excited to bring you Frankie Secorn. She is a private client of mine. She attended our recent retreat in Dubai Elevate as well as joining some of our group programs and masterminds. I wanted to showcase her work and how it's been impacted by the coaching and mentoring that she received from our company. It's just been such a joy and a privilege and a thrill to be able to serve her on his journey as she builds her global business. Welcome, Frankie.

For me I just knew and since then and I've continued to invest in pretty much everything that you have offered because it's just been an absolute game changer. And for me, everything that you do, it just feels like it's always a soul. Yes. It's not about working on to this and multiply my revenue by X amount that are those logical results. But it always just feels like a calling. It's an unfolding, it's tapping into a next level of truth in my heart and soul and sacral feels it and I just know. And sometimes it's not logical, but I just know. So to go from 33lb tickets into my women's circles, literally four months later I relaunched my high ticket offers and I was selling one to one private coaching for £11,111. And that was in the seat like four months. Okay. And I've normalized that standard now. So I've normalized five figure months in my business. I've normalized working with clients at that level. When I realized that I'm still charging these prices, I've decided to up my price. My prices are all increasing next month and things have continued to expand and grow in ways that ways that are just magical. I'm not working all the hours under the sun. I'm traveling a quarter of the year with my family. We traveled 13 weeks last year and that was a manifestation to be traveling through all of the school holidays. And we're absolutely doing that. My relationship with my husband is so beautiful. We're more in love than we could ever possibly be. And it's just getting better. We're manifesting together, growing together. And that's been a journey because as I was hitting upper limits within myself and in my business, him and I were hitting up our limit. So the abundance and the expansion has definitely been in my business. And as I sit here now, last year I saw revenue was around five times growth cash received in the business from 2023. And as I sit here now, a couple of stripe accounts, but one account is 25 up in last year and the other account is 40 odd percent up in last year. So like the first four months of the year and that's not counting the bank transfer. So coming into the elevate retreat I have absolutely no doubt that this had a massive impact and the quantum leap that I'm experiencing and myself more and personal growth and the revenue, it's incredible. Incredible.

So for women watching when they're looking at their revenues and their revenues have dipped and most men go into sort of fear and panic and some actually do go back to their old jobs, their old careers or back down to what made you keep going that allows you to keep the faith despite and really leaning even deeper. What was the shift for you there?

I'd taken. Is it the red pill or the blue pill? The one where you can't go back. I couldn't go back. My whole body rejected going back into the system. And it wasn't a logical move, but it was definitely a heart move. And I believe in the wisdom of the heart. So I was able to root into my heart and just hold the line and be resourceful and show up every single day. So I wasn't just blindly holding a vision and a manifestation. I showed up in full to co create that. And it was difficult. There was many difficult conversations with my husband, there was many stressful times for me, there was many walks down the beach with tears streaming down my face. But I believed in my mission. And I was also coming into your sessions every single week. And that supported me to calibrate my energy back into my truth. If I hadn't been in those sessions, I don't know where I would be now. And that's the truth. Because the difference I felt coming back and I could plug back into the potential, plug back into the mission that I knew was inside. Yeah, and, and that's been the power in the activation. You've reminded me again and again. Not only reminded me but supported me to tap into a higher vision and expand it.

That's it.

Every time. Every time.

Because sometimes the decision is not necessarily a financial one or a logical one or, or practical one. It's a very much a heart led intuitive decision that makes no logical sense at the beginning, but that later in hindsight your business is going to scale and continue to scale. Like you mentioned, you know, it's 2.55 times the revenue now already. If you'd stayed in corporate, you would have had a different path altogether and potentially less time with your kids. You couldn't take 13 weeks on a holiday that just wouldn't be possible. So you know that. So being plugged into our community, plugged into the coaching and being supported really allows you to stay strong in those difficult times. Okay. And so when you came to the Elevate retreat in Dubai, that retreat was all about really stepping into your queen identity, the sovereign, the leader, and really claiming your place as someone who could lead others. And I know that's really directly impacted your membership source and the kind of women you're attracting at these high levels. What was kind of the biggest aha, moments and shifts for you during that retreat?

I think firstly the whole retreat was just absolutely exquisite, absolutely exquisite. And for me it was really about shifting into, from entrepreneur into that soulful CEO, stepping into the wealthy woman, really activating my feminine codes because I was still hustling and there's nothing wrong with a bit of hustle. We need a bit of hustle sometimes. But my body was tired, I was still overworking. So the retreat definitely supported me just to relax into business, to deepen my trust, to activate my surrender. And what I've really noticed is that it's activated a magnetism that I didn't have before. I'm attracting a completely different type of client in my private coaching containers and also over and my sales source masterminds. I'm attracting these high level women who already have empires. Some of them are way ahead of me in business but they're coming in for the energy work. They're coming in because they want these feminine codes, they want the alignment and the relationships and the harmony and their family. So it supports, supported me to really activate that and put some like big, big changes in my business. It supported me to expand the vision, implement new systems and hire new team members. So like the hard business side, there's been a scale, a scale from that, but really within me it's been the feminine leadership that has came up to the fourth front, which is that's just how I want to do it. It's a much more spacious way.

Yeah, exactly. It's not necessarily about necessarily doing more to make more, but really choosing what those needle movers are that are going to have the biggest impact in your business and up. Leveling team was obviously a crucial one. Shifting your, your position so that you can then become magnetic to attract those higher level clients. And this is a common misconception. People think that they need to be more financially successful than their clients. That's simply not true because there are clients who perhaps have nailed perhaps money and business, but haven't really perhaps locked in feminine leadership or how to balance family life with business life or even how to behave as a woman in a romantic relationship without trying to boss the husband around.

Right.

These women are successful and may be more successful than you. It doesn't, doesn't mean that you, that they can't be helped and served by the, the codes that you carry. Amazing. This I think I remember as well. I think like day two or day three, I think you, you know, you, you caught up with a potentially new client during the retreat itself and that.

That, that was the magnetism. So whilst I was in Dubai and just, and this incredible energy in the vortex that you created had so many opportunities, someone reached out and had a clarity conversation in Dubai, sales conversation in Dubai and yeah, things, things were definitely moving. I was in that energy for sure.

Amazing. And so what's next for you now? What's next for your company and the women that you're working with? Where are you taking your company now?

I'm creating a movement. I'm creating a movement through self sourced. Okay. So really supporting female founders to get their head into their heart to bring forth their soul and lead their business through their soul whilst they love their heaven on earth. And yeah, we've shifted out of being a coaching program and yeah, we're going global. So the women in this space are just doing incredible work every week. People are saying I'm literally loving the life that's on my vision board. I've had to create a new manifestation list because I'm just taking all these things off in business, but absolutely in our personal lives as well as we deepen into our spiritual connection. So yeah, and it, it's just the work of a lifetime. I love it.

Very exciting, very exciting. I love the movement. I love it. I think that's something you, you finally claimed in the retreat. You said this is this, I'm thinking too small, this is going to be bigger, this is going to be a movement. Yeah, I love this. So finally, just, you know, before we wrap up today, you know, if people looking to come join the retreat or learn to want to work with me, what's something that you would say to them that would really know that I am the coach, I'm the mentor for them.
