So this is part of the Ascend Collective, which is Anna's incredible group that she set up. It's a wonderful membership that helps us really connect to who we truly are, but also we get to meet each other in person.
It was so lovely and amazing to be with such a wonderful group of women. And being part of a group like this is something really special. And I've got to say, the gong bath was incredible. It just felt like liquid gold.
It allowed us to go into the being here and now and raising the frequencies that we are normally having a busy time. We are lowering sometimes. So it was nice to connect with ourselves and go into that really nice space.
I feel so much better. I feel so much more connected, and it just really brings Anna Kitney's community together.
I think all of it really made me think about the type of person that I am and who I want to be and the type of challenges that I'm currently facing and how I can better overcome them. Hearing Anna's, like, calming voice, as well as having Lucy in the room was really beneficial.
Even though she's in Dubai, we still felt that connection, and that really transformed everything for me. So it's just reminded me that we're part of a tribe, we're part of a community. We're part of this amazing transformation that Anna's creating in the world.
We was so beautiful to connect with the other person just from the eyes and feel the energy and see how we can. How we can serve, how we can connect and you can give and receive.
And we get to get loads of hugs. We get to connect with each other, we get to share each other's insights, and it's absolutely transformational because this is.
A community and this event is a new beginning.
Be open, be willing, be vulnerable, and really challenge your thought process.
So just come because it's amazing.
I had no idea that everybody knew everybody. I had no idea that everybody has been working with Anna for years. And I came as an absolute stranger and was welcomed with open arms by some fantastic women.
So I think just come have fun with it, for goodness sake. We're all here to learn together. Just take a breath, take the first step, because these women are incredible.
