Motivational monologue addressing procrastination, avoidance, and self-sabotage as expressions of fear and uncertainty about outcomes. The speaker explains that people often know the actions they should take (e.g., creating offers, doing Instagram lives, choosing a niche) but delay because they fear failure; practical encouragement is given to pick a niche and start, with the option to pivot later.
Not lazy, you're not procrastinating, you're not, you're not avoiding, you're not, you're not forgetting how to do the thing that you need to do. Simply that when you are deciding on what you're going to do each day and then you don't do it. It's a, it is a form of procrastination, it's an avoidance because the person has resistance, they have the actions, they know they're supposed to do the actions, but there's some resistance, get some fear. And essentially all forms of like avoidance or self sabotage or procrastination basically is you are not certain of yourself and the outcome. You're not sure if it's going to work. So you delay, delay, delay. You delay doing the Instagram live, you delay creating that offer because you're not sure if it's going to sell. If you like, put all the hard work in, you create the offer you put out there. What if it doesn't sell? It flops. You don't face that. So you delay creating the offer or you delay deciding on your niche. Go around in circles. I can't decide on my car. Decided my niche. You go around in circles. Six months later, 12 months later, oh, I haven't decided my niche. That's why I can't start my business. What's happening there? You're scared if you do choose a niche, there'll be the wrong one and it won't work and nobody will sign up. What if you just choose a bloody niche, start taking on clients and if you don't like it six months down the line you can change it.
