Based on what I want as my ideal outcome, rather than fearing something bad's gonna happen, it's like based on the situation right now. I don't know what's gonna happen. I'm an energy of certainty. But what's my ideal outcome? Focus on that and say, okay for me to get that outcome, what feels the most aligned, most joyful, most expanded, most soul led decision in this moment. And you'll get the idea. You'll take a breath, you go into stillness and the idea will come rather than from a place of panic, fear, worry, being reactive. Right?
