Motivational talk (Anna Kitney) framing the listener as a world-class coach and sovereign creator of their reality. Key claims: choose your own rules, adopt a mindset of living your best life from today forward, and rapidly "opt out" of people/behaviors/objects that aren't aligned (unsubscribing, decluttering, changing habits). Emphases include decisive boundary-setting and identity shifts ("the queen doesn't do this").
For you to create extraordinary results in your life and the lives of your clients and to be the world class coach, that means you're playing a much bigger game. You're not trying to live your best life. You are living your best life from today forward. You've decided that's it. What you're willing to tolerate and not tolerate. New rules, queens, new rules. We've become very evident that when you're living your life with this filter of I'm the creator of my reality, I'm the sovereign, I get to choose the rules. What rules am I playing by? My rules or somebody else's rules? You get to choose some new rules. Very quickly, you'll start to opt out of things that is not for your highest and best. You may find yourself unsubscribing, unfollowing. You may find you getting rid of stuff in your wardrobe, decluttering, maybe like getting rid of stuff in your kitchen drawers, certain habits and behaviors. You might go, and we're not doing that anymore. You're drawing a line of sand and we're not doing that because the queen doesn't do this.
