Соль и Море. Коды состояния легкости и потока

The piece is a poetic monologue in Russian in which the speaker reflects on a state of lightness, inner flow, and calm. Using vivid everyday sensory images—cooling coffee on a windowsill, salt on the skin, warm light, birds in the sky, a swaying branch, wind touching a pipe—the speaker constructs a metaphorical landscape that contrasts external pressures (deadlines, noisy screens, others' anxieties) with an internal rhythm that feels easy and unburdened. The narrator declares a personal philosophy of living without worries, carrying the summer within, walking one’s own path, and allowing the inner water to sustain depth. Repeated refrains (“Мне хорошо, мне легко”) reinforce the feeling of effortless existence, while the speaker acknowledges the world’s darkness but remains anchored in an inner flow of water, light, and salt, symbolizing purity and continuity.
