Secure Your Bloodline: The Tactical Tuesday Morning Protocol

In this Tactical Tuesday episode, Anthony Goldner delivers a high‑energy, motivational briefing on what he calls the Sovereignty Protocol – a disciplined morning system designed to protect personal sovereignty and boost performance in leadership, business, and family life. He argues that most people surrender control before 6:01 AM by immediately checking phones and notifications, which drains focus and creates a cascade of stress that ripples through their teams and personal health. Goldner introduces the 90‑90‑1 rule: for 90 days, the first 90 minutes of each day must be dedicated exclusively to self‑care activities (e.g., cold shower, push‑ups, hydration, vitamins, journaling, reading or listening to an audiobook, and a nutritious breakfast). He stresses night‑before preparation, turning off non‑essential notifications, and avoiding multitasking to prevent a 2.1‑hour daily loss of productive focus caused by dopamine‑driven social media. The talk ties these habits into his Infinity Model’s four pillars—mindset, professional, vitality/health, and community—explaining how neglecting any pillar undermines the others. Goldner concludes with a call to “secure your morning, secure your bloodline,” urging listeners to install the protocol immediately.

Perimeter established. You're listening to Tactical Tuesday on the Infinite Gold Legacy. I'm Anthony Goldner. This is where we strip away the noise and the hobbyist mindset to install the protocols of the elite. We are here to kill the drift and secure your bloodline. Status check starts now. And that's why most of you are failing before you even have your boots on. You think you're starting your day at 8 AM, but you've already surrendered your sovereignty by 6:01. Today we aren't talking about time management. We are talking about the Sovereignty Protocol. If you cannot govern the first 90 minutes of your life, you have no business trying to lead a company or a family. We are going to dissect exactly how you've allowed a security breach in your own morning and how we are going to close that leak today. On this episode of Tactical Tuesday, we're going to be talking to you about how you start your morning. And if you don't start your morning on the right foot, the rest of your day you're just leading a way to throw it out the window. Let's be honest, a lot of times you can make some ground up, but if you screw up the beginning of your day, your mindset is not prepared to handle the fires that a CEO has to handle throughout the day. Most men wake up as subjects to their phones, responding to emails, Slack pings. You are teaching yourself that the wake-up call is not on your terms, it's on everybody else's terms. One of the biggest things I had to myself take away from is having that phone directly by my bedside, because we all have social media, we all have our teams, we all have emails, and the first thing a lot of us do is we grab our phone, we swipe the alarm off, We swipe it up, and then what's the first things that pop up? All these notifications. Sometimes with your phone, you don't even have to swipe up. The second you swipe your alarm off, it says good morning and floods you with all of your notifications. You're getting bombarded with a bunch of information before you're even fully awake. Your subconscious now is taking over, and you're just now going through mindless scroll, whether it's mindless scroll on your Instagram, your LinkedIn, your emails, maybe you got a bunch of text messages before you woke up. If you start handling all of this stuff before you even handle you, you're leading a time of— you're gonna fall flat on your face. Let's be honest. Your mind needs to be right from the second you wake up to the second that you actually have to handle things. That means you need to either brush your teeth, you need to get up and do some push-ups, you need to get up and do some jumping jacks, you need to get in a cold shower, you need to drink your water, you need to take any vitamins that you need to take. You need to worry about yourself first before you worry about anybody else. If you can't worry about yourself and you can't handle yourself, how do you expect to be able to handle everybody else? When you start that morning in a fire drill to all the emails, all the text messages, all the Instagram notifications, all the social media notifications, occasions. That— this is why by noon you're already exhausted, because you haven't taken care of yourself. You haven't looked at the bigger picture. Trust me, if you can't take care of yourself, how do you expect to take care of a $5 million company, $30 million company? How do you expect to grow if you can't take care of yourself? A lot of the concepts I talk about, especially being a canine handler, is it all flows down the leash. The way your dog as a canine handler is acting is going to be the way that you are. If you're stressed, if you have anxiety, they're going to have the same thing. This goes for your business as well. If you're showing up to your team already stressed out about your morning because you didn't take care of yourself, that stress, that anxiety is going to falter and it's going to flow down the leash to your executives. And then your executives are going to feel it. And what's going to happen? It's going to flow down even further and it's going to flow down to the managers. From the managers, it's going to go down to the floor level people. It all starts with you and it all starts with how you start your morning. One of the biggest things that I want to talk to you guys about is a 90-90-1. What that is, is for 90 days, I want the first 90 minutes to belong to one objective. And do you know what that one objective is? That's you. So in those first 90 minutes, you are taking care of you. Now, I'm not here to create this woo-woo morning routine that you have to do every single time. It has to be my morning routine. No, it has to be your morning routine, whatever that is. If for you that means you get a cold shower, maybe you're in there for 3 minutes, maybe that means you're doing push-ups. Maybe that means you're drinking your 20 ounces of water, which you should be doing anyways, because you're dehydrated from the night before. Maybe that means you're getting your breakfast in right away. Maybe you're not a breakfast person. You're skipping that and you're going straight into your workout. Maybe you're turning on an Audible and you're taking those 10, 15, 20 minutes of getting good Audible read, listening in, or you're grabbing a book and you're reading. Maybe you're opening up your journal. Maybe you're opening up your daily journal from me, from the Infinite Gold, and you're knocking out those questions to prepare, plan, and expect a phenomenal phenomenal day. If you take those 90 minutes of your day and you focus on that for 90 days, I guarantee you, you're going to be a different man. You're going to be a different person showing up for your family, showing up for your friends, your community, and most importantly, for your job, for work. You can't expect to win a day if you didn't plan for that day. A lot of times it also starts the night before. Did you plan to execute these 90 minutes the night before? Some people, what they need to do is to prepare to get ready to work out, to go to the gym. They need to put their shoes in front of them. They got to get their workout clothes in front of them and ready to go. Maybe they're doing like an overnight oats. Maybe they're planning breakfast and they're prepping it all a day before, a couple of days before. So it's ready to go in the morning. So that way you're not trying to figure it out. In that morning and at that given time. You need to have your mindset of your day. Think of it as kind of like the dispatch. All right. Thinking of in law enforcement terms, you are the dispatch, right? You're putting out calls to people. You're doing sales calls. You're calling your leadership team. You're doing all of these things, but if you're not stout on yourself, those calls might not get through to the person that it's going through. And/or the communication you're trying to relay to them is being faltered. It's being faulty because you aren't stout yourself. Your mind isn't in the right place to handle those dispatch calls that you need to do. There's a study out there that the more that you're paying attention to your phone, social media, the externals, you as a CEO, as an executive, are losing upwards of 2.1 hours a day. This whole concept of multitasking does not work. So if you're sitting at your computer, you make one phone call, and then you pull out your phone because you got an Instagram notification and it popped up and you had to look at it, you've now just taken that time away from being focused on calls to now focused on Instagram, and you have to get refocused on those calls. That's lost time. It's lost time for your business, which in turn becomes lost time for you and lost time for your family. Because what happens if you spent those 2.1 hours out of the day, not focused on your business and you were focused on external things and other stuff and kind of just being all over the place, you're going to now be thinking about work when you get home because you didn't get things done at work. And now you're at home and you're thinking about things from work. So you're not present with your family. So now that's faltering. And then now we move to the night and you didn't schedule your day again. So now you're, you're wasting the morning and you're not strong. You see how this is a vicious cycle and what does it all start with? It all starts with you handling business for yourself. So that way you can handle business for your family, your friends, and especially the business itself. These are things that you need to think about and you need to stop being just the person that just goes through the rigors of things and just does the same thing. Over and over and over again. This is why you have anxiety. This is why you're depressed. This is why you're not happy. This is why your family's probably not happy. This is probably why you've put on 20, 30 pounds in the past, you know, maybe even a couple months, maybe a couple years, you know, back in, uh, when we were in custody, we called it, you know, the, the 20, 20 pounds right away because you're not moving around. You're not doing anything. You're just eating. Well, is that kind of what you're doing? Are you not sitting at the desk? Trying to multitask all these things and you're just snacking because your mindset's not right. So your vitality is not right. We, we, we coach people on the Infinity Model. You know, you have your personal mindset, you have your professional pillar. You also have your vitality, health, you have your community. All right. A lot of times, if you're so focused on just the professional side of things, the rest are going to falter. If you're just focused on money, you're just focused on the business. Your mindset is going to falter. If your mindset starts faltering, so is your business. If you're so focused on business and you're not taking care of your health, you're not going to the gym, you're not working out, your business eventually is going to falter. That also goes to your community. If your mindset's not right, you may be hanging out with people you shouldn't be hanging out. If your vitality and health's not right, maybe you're hanging out with people who don't have good health. You need to put yourself in the rooms of the men that you look up to, the men that you strive to be, the man that you personally want to be, you need to put yourself in those rooms. You need to build a strong mindset and you need to have vitality and health so that way all 4 pillars can be amicably working together at the same time. So let me reestablish and realign a protocol that you need to do. The first 90 minutes of your day needs to be about You, nothing else, nobody else. If you don't have those 90 minutes and let's say you have 60, well, let's start with 60. Now, if you don't have 60, the problem is, is you're probably not waking up early enough and you're just jumping straight into the fires. And then it seems like, you know, Groundhog Day because you go through the day, the next morning comes around and it's the exact same thing over and over and over again. You need to focus on you first. Put the phone away. Don't touch it. Don't look at it. Get to work on yourself. Get your workout in. Eat a good breakfast. Get your nutrients in. Get your water. Be hydrated. Do the things that you need to do for yourself so that way the rest of the day becomes easy. Also, trust me, if you do this and you go into work or you go into the first call, you're going to be so energized and ready to go because you started the day on you. You're focused on you. Now you can pour into the business. You could pour into other people because you feel so strong. You're energized. Your head's in the right place. Plus you didn't look at all the negativity from emails. You didn't look at all the negativity from social media. You didn't go on the different media platforms where it's all about negative, because what gets clicks, what gets likes, Negativity. So you stayed away from all of that. So now you're showing up to work, you're showing up to that first call in a positive frame of mind. If you're not positive, they're going to read right through it. Any call that you do, any video that you do. That's why a lot of times before I'll do these videos, I make sure my head's in the right space. If it's not, and if I got to, you know, get out of the room or I got to move off to the side and I got to do 30 pushups, if I got to do some burpees just to get my mind right, I will. If these are things that you need to do, then you need to do it. Don't tell me that you don't have time to journal. Journaling takes 5-10 minutes. It plans out your day. Don't tell me at the end of the day you don't have time to journal. Put your phone away. I guarantee you'll have time. I guarantee if you look at your phone right now and you go to the settings and you could see how much time you're spending on your phone in various apps, it's probably very alarming for a lot of you people. The notification setting on your phone, turn it off. You don't need it. Now, yes, we're all parents. I'm a parent. So there's certain notification, notifications for my wife or for daycare or people that might be watching the kids. I have those on, but all the other ones, Instagram, did I get a like on my post? Did someone message me? Turn those off. All the negative news. Outlets, turn them off. You don't need any of them. The last thing you want to be doing is while you're on a call with somebody, looking at your watch, you know, looking at your phone because the notification keeps going off, or you're just sitting there and they could see it just popping up on your, on your wrist nonstop. It gets obnoxious and it gets annoying. Dopamine's a real thing. If you don't know anything about dopamine, look it up. But that's what social media does. That's why when you feel that vibrate in your pocket from your phone and your phone didn't vibrate, that's your body wishing and hoping and was ready for something to happen, but it never did. When you feel or think your wrist vibrated because you thought you were getting a notification, but you didn't. Psychology. This is why social media makes so much money. Why do you think phone companies make so much money? Because they want you using them. If you're using them, then you're not doing what you need to do for you, for your family, for your community, for your business. Focus on you, and I promise you everything's gonna flow a lot easier for your life. So again, 90 minutes— make it at least a minimum of 60— for 90 days. Focus on you. Nobody else. Nothing else. If you can't make that happen, get up earlier. You can eventually make that happen. And if you have to get up earlier and you're going to be tired, well, it's going to train you that maybe you should go to bed at a decent time and you're not on Netflix or doomscrolling before you go to sleep. Blue light's a real thing. You don't want anything to do with that before you're going to sleep. Focus on you and the rest will follow suit. That's the data. Now you have a choice. You can keep allowing the world to breach your perimeter, or you can install a protocol tonight so that way tomorrow morning you show up prepared to care for yourself before anybody else. The briefing is over. Secure your morning. Secure your bloodline. We'll see you in the arena next Tuesday. Stay gold.
