How do I find something bigger than myself besides just relationship and religion? Well, love and transcendence are critically important, but what else? Here are the three questions to ask yourself what are my values? What are the things I truly care about the most? What are the things I care about? Second, what is it that serves those values? Third, what could I be doing every day that would actually serve those values in work or not in work? And to do a little contemplation on those things. You can't feed that into ChatGPT because literally it will use the wrong side of your brain. These are right hemisphere questions of mystery and meaning, and you can only do that by doing the work. Go for a nice long walk and contemplate those questions and you'll be led. You won't find the answers. Those answers will find you, which is what we ultimately want.
