A way that I see myself leading innovation in my current role is bringing in new ideas. I see that there are a lot of projects that have been ideas in the past, but no one has had the time or that grit to really pursue and see them through all the bureaucratic processes and everything that goes into implementing something. Bringing those ideas back into the light, finding ways to bring everyone together and find a time to really implement those great ideas that people have had in the past that just fall through the cracks.
