So, if someone is listening, they feel overwhelmed with this uncertainty or AI, what are 3 things you recommend they try this week?
So, first is actually just take a beat and ask yourself, what's going on in this moment? What's actually in my control? Where is my thinking going to something that's outside of my control? Let's re-anchor it back to something that is. What's the smallest thing I can do, Right now. So in this moment, I can control whether or not I'm present or not with you in this conversation. I'm gonna, if I start getting distracted by the world, I'm gonna remember in this moment I can choose to be present and find that engagement. That's something I'm gonna do. So that's a choice. The second is I would encourage you to reflect on what your strengths are. Most people don't do that. Just like most people don't know what brings them joy, most people don't reflect on what they're good at. Pay attention to the feedback you get from people around you.
