AI by itself is not bad. It's how we choose to interact with it that will make a difference. I think it's an invitation, It's a challenge for all of us to upskill and embrace. But regardless of which side of the debate you fall on, or whether you think it's evil or whether you think it's good, we've got to recognize this, that at least for now, the ability for compassion, for empathy, the emotional intelligence that we as individuals have, the ability to build and develop is going to continue to differentiate. The ability to build relationships is going to continue to differentiate us. And even more so now than in the future, I think we need to double down on building those skills, those what would be considered human skills, but I think they're superhuman skills around meaning, around relationships and connection, around empathy, around equanimity. These are things that we will have to invest in self regulation so that we can truly embrace AI and use that to uplift ourselves and the broad humanity versus succumb to the evils of it.
