The other thing I— is one of my ahas after being CEOs. Did so many engagement surveys, right? So are you happy with your comp and benefits? Do you have trust in leadership? Do you understand the mission and vision? Do you like the purpose of your organization? Those are all employee looking up at some, you know, something, something above them, some company, some organization, but very few questions about that person or, you know, how are you doing? How are you? What are you worried about when you come to work today? Do you— are you making a living wage? Do you worry about your paycheck? Do you have job security, insecurity? And like, do you feel like you can— like you have a voice here, that you can have an influence here? All those things are really important to feeling good and feeling good about where you work and how you work.
