So I think it was a blend of building self awareness, getting some emotional literacy, doing a little deeper dive to say what has informed this mental model and what can I do differently, how can I think differently? And it was a lot of like manual practice, journaling, writing and reframing and doing it again and again and again. I really believe no matter what the growth area is that we're trying to advance whether it's knitting or playing pickleball or whatnot. I think that we learn the best in cohort and in community with others. So whether that's a team or a group of people doing this work alongside one another really accelerates it and elevates it. And that is what I love the most is facilitating experiences like that because it is not about me as the facilitator. It is about the power of the group and the support and the accompaniment and how people learn and grow together and learn from each other. There's gentle accountability, partnerships in place.
