There is a way we react to challenges. There's a way we react to life. And the invitation is, instead of letting habits drive us, let's actually create space so we can choose our response that is most suited for what is being called right. Respond or react is beautiful. And then you talk a little bit about reflecting and renew.
I find that some of the more difficult things we go through in life, if you give it a bit of a distance, and this could be years, and go back and reflect on that event with a cool mind, with this framework, did I respond or react? If you do that after some time has passed, there's a bit of emotional distance. You actually discover deeper, deeper insights about yourself that matures you, and that's the reflect and renewal.
